  I must say I hit a few snags with this apartment process, but Dee, Sherri, and Tamiko it in the work and made it happen. They were very attentive to my needs, and what ever problem I encountered they took it on as if it was happening to them. They are an excellent team. They are professional and very nice. Dee and Sherri kept me laughing.. I feel so much at home.. I made the right decision. Please go see Dee, Sherri, or Tamiko at parkway grand 🎯

  Sherri was very helpful , I came and needed better information on moving in and making it successful, she did her thing, and made that very successful. She was also was very kind and upfront and straight foward. Customer service is immaculate.

  I cannot say enough good things about Qua! Qua went above and beyond throughout my leasing and move-in process, especially by making sure my apartment was absolutely perfect before I moved in. He paid attention to the details, followed up, and genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable and happy with my new home. I also want to give a special shoutout to Tamiko, who went above and beyond on her FIRST DAY as manager! She immediately made me feel heard, valued, and taken care of. The level of professionalism, kindness, and genuine care from both of them really stood out to me. Moving can be stressful, especially when unexpected things come up, but Qua and Tamiko made sure everything was handled and that I felt supported throughout the process. I truly appreciate everything they did to make my move-in experience a positive one. They are both a great representation of what a leasing team should be, and I would absolutely recommend them! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
