  Honestly, I just moved in about a month ago, but my Whole experience is just great. The people at the leasing office are very friendly and nice and helpful. My building is really good very quiet very calm. The maintenance people are very nice very professional. I am very strict when it comes to people bringing shoes inside my house and every time when I write a note about that when they come in, they take off their shoes which I consider very respectful and very professional cause a lot of people don’t care about that.overall I really have a great experience with my moving.

  I had a great experience with Parkway Grand Apartments! The level of service here is truly exceptional—every interaction with the staff has been positive and professional. Management clearly takes pride in maintaining the property, and it shows. The grounds are always clean, well-kept, and welcoming. What really stood out to me is the entire team. Everyone is friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Quay was my consultant and he has a really welcoming demeanor and he is very patient which really makes such a difference living in a place where you feel valued and supported. If you’re looking for a community that combines great service with a well-maintained environment, Parkway Grand is definitely worth considering! 💯

  I was told to sign my move-in inspection before fully checking the unit, which was a mistake. After moving in, I found several issues that needed attention. I reported them, but management hasn’t done anything. It’s frustrating not being heard as a resident. This has been a negative experience.
