  THE THINGS TO KNOW: - the apartments are clean and quite decent for what they are - convenient walking distance to a variety of amenities and easy access to major commute routes (N Decatur Rd and DeKalb Industrial Way) - walkable and quiet with plenty of shade and maintained vegetation, and beautiful songbirds - packages can be delivered directly to your door and are typically secure - neighbors are really friendly and hospitable - mandatory utility fees were not transparent at time of signing lease, notably: a typical month of utilities estimated at the time of signing the lease was $50-$80 lower than actual charges, including a sewage fee that alone averaged $70 per month. - pest control is paid for monthly but does not provide monthly service. - $250 of the security deposit was not returned with only minor repairs that maintenance deferred listed on the move out statement. - management sent out several “emergency” maintenance notifications in the spring that someone would be entering all apartments in a building with only 3 hours notice during the business day to check or repair issues that could have been scheduled with greater notice to tenants. - the power gate was frequently out of order. - they have an entire laundry room but only two dryers actually work, and at least 3 of the washing machines didn’t work and were never repaired within the year. - the lease doesn’t have a friendly policy for early termination.

  NOT ONLY SOCIETY & ENVIRONMENT IS VERY NICE BUT STAFF OF THE SOCIETY IS ALSO GOOD & CO-OPERATIVE.

  These are OLD apartments being rented out for $1800+ i completed a tour here, the office personnel was very nice and hospitality BUT i had to go do the tour of the apartments myself because she was in the office alone. The community was dirty, trash piled infront of multiple apartment door. The interior floors of the apartments were DIRTY! They definitely do not do upkeep of these apartments. The blinds in the empty unit i toured (they do not have a model) were broken 🥴🥴 If you’re some who values the appearance of where you live keep looking!

  The service is not good and the stove doesn't work when we apply for the repair they come after one week and they don't even repair it properly, it's so frustrating when we are cooking something the stove gose blank and it turn off automatically.
