  We’re currently in the process of building a house with Ryan Homes at Crystal Falls. Just wanted to take a minute to share our experience so far. We were welcomed like a family member by Shawn. He’s shown genuine concern to get us exactly what we wanted. He was very patient with us as we went through the process of deciding on a lot and color choices. He really listened to us. He followed up regularly. His emails and all communication was timely. He was a gracious host. He introduced us to Sam our Project manager. We had a meeting where Sam took us through the whole process, Sam and Shawn worked well together as they transitioned us to the construction team. Sam helped us understand what his role and responsibilities are, how we could contact him ,and how he would be communicating with us weekly with a call and photos weekly of the progress. We really felt comfortable. So far he’s met every commitment that he’s promised. His communication happens when he said it would, he is very thorough in his explanations of what’s going right and what the challenges are and what his next steps are. We just completed our pre Drywall meeting and he addressed all of the questions that we had. He pointed out the things that he saw that they were going to correct as well as some small things that we noticed. We feel very confident in his ability, to hit our expected closing date. He’s very thorough and confident! Thank you!!

  We recently completed the purchase of our brand‑new Ryan Homes build, and the experience was outstanding thanks to Shaun and his associate Peter. From start to finish, they were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. They took the time to answer every question we had and never once made us feel like we were asking too much or being a bother. This was our second Ryan Homes build, and I can confidently say that this experience exceeded our first in every way. Shaun and Peter were responsive, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure the process was smooth and stress‑free. Their guidance made a big difference, especially when navigating a new build. We couldn’t be happier with our home or the experience overall.   Beautiful area, up and coming with really nice home designs for a great price. Mary and Shaun have been outstanding helping us throughout the sales process. We looked at many other new builds in the area but nothing compared when taking into account all of the pros of buying in Crystal Falls. Excited about the future here and hoping to meet many neighbors that have a similar experience!

  The experience has been really well! Mary has been wonderful. Really responsive and kind and my wife and I have enjoyed working with her through this whole process. Buying a home and new build is a stressful process and Mary certainly has made the situation a lot easier.

  My husband mentioned to me that they were building homes near the Crystal Falls Golf Course. I was not familiar with the area but agreed to go look. So glad we did! This is going to be a beautiful community and we are excited to be among the first residents. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Mary and everyone else at Ryan Homes we’ve had contact with. Excited to get to see our home being built!
