  From start to finish Michael was there. He was patient, responsive and professional. When I had a question he took the time to explain it until I understood. He was also transparent in everything, so there would not be a misunderstanding . One thing that he said was thank you for your trust and that really sticked with me. Sometimes you don’t know who to trust especially when it’s such a big purchase, I’ve heard so many bad stories of realtors and was scared to start looking for a realtor. But I’m glad it was Michael he is knowledgeable in his field and not once did he make me feel stupid for asking a question. It was a safe space and that is much needed especially when it’s your first time. I thank him for helping me out and making my experience as pleasant as it can be.

  I was referred to Janice Skates by an agent here in California. I reached out a few months before I was in need and when I was ready to sell Janice was there! Living out of state, across the country, made dealing with everything that needed to be done at the property beyond difficult but Janice handled everything from managing contractors, selling items, cleaning up, arranging for donations etc. There are no words for the amount of effort and time she put in to help me out. I would 100% recommend Janice and her office.
