  From the moment my wife and I reached out to the management team, they have been nothing but class. Truly professional and graceful, and that's hard to find these days. Usually, I deal with the typical robotic monotonous management groups that make it clear that they are just their job, that's it, nothing more, nothing less. So, visiting here was like a breath of fresh air. The apartments are clean, not cheap paint overs, high ceilings, high quality countertops, it's quiet, the apartments for the most part is spacious. Now, I did find the Master Bedroom to be rather small in the 3 bedroom as compared to the 2 bedroom and I feel that that can hinder certain things. Most importantly to me is that you don't feel like you're right on top of everyone. Everyone is sort of spread out, so you value your privacy like I do then you'll love this place. The pricing can use some work, especially in the clarity department, but it's overall manageable. I would definitely recommend this place to Paulding County residents.

  I've been here a few years now and have no issue getting the help I need when it comes to maintenance, they come same day / same week and are quick to help. Kaitlin and Brooke are very sweet and always try to help out if I have any questions !!

  I’ve truly enjoyed my experience living at Ten68 West Apartments. The community here is welcoming, well-maintained, and has such a peaceful yet lively atmosphere that makes it feel like home. Everything from the amenities to the overall environment reflects how much care is put into the property. What really makes this place stand out, though, is the staff. Kaitlyn and Brooke consistently go above and beyond to make sure my stay is nothing short of amazing. They are always professional, attentive, and genuinely care about the residents. Whether it’s handling requests quickly or just checking in, their effort does not go unnoticed. If you’re looking for a place where you feel valued and comfortable, this is definitely it.
