We had to close our loan several weeks before move-in and Josh Raab did an excellent job making sure that everything was completed to our satisfaction. He kept us informed every step of the way and really made the process less stressful. We are very satisfied. We honestly felt we were working with a friend and not just a builder.

This place really hit the spot for us and we ended up purchasing a new home there. We have been dealing with Cory who made the whole purchasing experience very comfortable. He has been very professional to deal with and wonderful with addressing all of our questions.

My daughter and I met with Jake Bergman on our first visit there. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered every question we asked. I live in a different state and he has been very accommodating keeping in touch with me while I made my final decision. I am now working with Kristi on the Finance application.
