  DONT DO IT!!!! We moved from out of state, and settled on this home a year ago. I gave it sometime before writing this, because I know being in a development while construction is going on comes with challenges. Our experience has been less than poor. First our sod was contaminated with a different grass than was apparently dormant so now we are looking at 10-15k to replace our WHOLE yard because several companies have said it’s not able to be fixed we need to start over. Of course, toll isn’t responsible. The HOA is run by toll, so EVERY neighbor is experiencing not being approved for improvements they want to add. They also don’t tell you when buying you can only add improvement in the”middle” of your yard, nothing past the house will get approved so your side yards are a waste! Of course they don’t mention that when you are paying a premium for your land your choosing. And to top it off after we settled they dropped the prices 100k!!!!! Carol, the sales agent had nothing to say except belittle the situation acting as if it was nothing! This past weekend she was in between trees at the pool taking our picture in secret before yelling at us that the pool wasn’t open!!! She treated us like we didn’t even live here, completely rude!!! The pool opened May 1st this year, so we were not breaking any rules. This development looks TERRIBLE! Carol will act like she cares, but in reality she wants a sale and will tell you whatever you want to take your money. Take it from a buyer SAVE YOUR MONEY!! So upset and disappointed that we ended up with a sub- par home, in a poorly run, disheveled looking community, and lost 100k right to top it off. *** if you want a private message please add a link or email address*** We just had another incident happen yesterday, A significant gas leak that turned into an emergency situation that could have ended very badly for my family. The gas company said the pipes were barely installed, and gas was leaking into the hvac system and through our vents into the house that would be the second plumbing failure, a few months ago we had a water leak at the main on the builders side that gave us obscene water bills!!

  We enjoyed our visit to this neighborhood. The home plan layouts are great. The yards are spacious and sod grass. Toll Brothers builds an amazing home.

  We signed a contract with Toll Brothers and then waited 6 months for construction to start. Unfortunately, the process was challenging from beginning to end. During construction, we discovered that our sales representative, Carol, failed to inform us that selecting a different elevation would significantly reduce the size of several rooms—by multiple feet! On top of that, the craftsmanship throughout the home was extremely poor. Can you imagine purchasing a home for over $1,000,000 and it being built poorly. Take your hard earned money somewhere else!
