  Donna Courtney, our new construction agent, and Jeronimo Abreu, our construction manager, are superbly competent at what they do and even more importantly, they are truly incredible people! This was our first new construction project, so we went into it with a mix of excitement and uncertainty. From the very beginning, Donna and Jeronimo made the entire process feel manageable and far less overwhelming than we expected. Their personable, attentive, and honest guidance was steady and reassuring every step of the way. They took the time to explain things clearly, answer our questions thoughtfully, and keep us informed without ever making us feel rushed or out of the loop. What really stood out, though, was how close we became with both of them. Donna and Jeronimo didn’t just treat us like clients, they genuinely cared about us and our experience. Whenever we came across an obstacle (and there were a few along the way), they didn’t just acknowledge the issue; they jumped in with excellent communication and real ACTION. They coordinated solutions quickly, followed through without delay, and made sure we never had to sit around waiting for something to happen. Things simply got handled. That proactive approach, and the personal care behind it, made a huge difference and gave us so much peace of mind throughout the build. We are truly grateful for the support, the friendship, and the genuine care they brought to the experience. We 1000% would recommend working with these two wonderful people to anyone building a John Weiland home. They made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth, collaborative, and genuinely positive, and we couldn’t have asked for better partners along the way!
