Tyler was awesome, worked tirelessly to get my property rented. Also, I'm a landlord that manages my own property, rent collection, foxes, etc. PMI North Atlanta was very helpful in getting me tenants and then allowing me to take it from there. They do thorough background checks, rejecting inquirers that don't meet qualifications. Tyler was responsive in communication, even stopping by my house to pick up things for the rental. Highly recommend!

David is someone who genuinely takes the time to help others and share his experience openly. Every interaction I’ve had with him has been professional, thoughtful, and insightful. What stands out most is his willingness to guide and support fellow professionals in the industry without hesitation. I truly appreciate his responsiveness, honesty, and practical perspective, and I’ve learned a lot from our conversations over time.

I have been with PMI for about 4 months. I brought them in when I acquired my most recent duplex. With their guided help, we stabilized and filled an empty unit with great tenants. Most importantly, for my tenants, they have been responsive making sure any issue they have is corrected quickly. I cannot recommend these guys more. They have been an absolute pleasure and an instrumental member of my team. I look forward to growing my portfolio with them managing the properties.
