  I have been using PMI North Atlanta for almost 9 years to manage a rental property we have in Alpharetta. The company owner David has always been professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. He is always ready to chat and share experience in anything related to real estate even if not related to the rental business. A couple of years we added another property in Ball Ground and naturally we are having David manage it for us. Compared to Alpharetta, Ball Ground is a tougher rental market but David took on the challenge.

  Our experience with Tyler Chenault was wonderful. He was such a welcoming guy and really helpful in getting us to get our house that we wanted! The management company has been easy to work with so far! Thank you Tyler!

  I do not recommend this company as your property management for your rental property. The company and both the owners (David’s) will make you go through the rollercoaster while you are in their hands. They Will force you spend money on things are not needed before and after placing tenants, will not perform a thorough background check on tenants profile and will place them in yout home to damage your property. They will not take responsibility on recovering the cost or personal belongings once the tenant leaves nor will care or work with landlord in their best interest. If a landlord wants a company that makes you feel that the company owns the property and not you, then you can for sure choose to work with this people else i strongly suggest working with a management company who understands your needs, expectations and provide great customer service than trapping you in a contract to get your business without a vision to perform for their clients.

  Talk about making everything easier and worry free. Rented my condo a few months ago using David as my property manager and he has absolutely been amazing. Very transparent and you can tell immediately he knows all the ins and out when it comes to property management. The process to find a tenant was quick and simple. I will definitely rent future properties using David as my property manager.
