Dan and the staff were more than helpful throughout the entire process. The level of professionalism and customer service was exemplary from beginning to end. The property itself was absolutely stunning, and my husband and I fell in love with it at first sight. Dan was attentive, quick to respond to any questions, and made the application process smooth and stress-free. We were approved in a very short period of time, which made the experience even better. We truly appreciate all of his help and would highly recommend working with him!
I had a great experience renting through Platinum Property Management. They were always fair, understanding, and very easy to work with throughout my lease. Communication was prompt whenever I had questions or needed assistance, and both the move-in and move-out processes were smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend renting from them to anyone looking for a positive rental experience. The ladies in the office are kind and personable!!!!! Wonderful group!

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel this experience should be shared for transparency.
I applied for a rental through this company, paid the required $75 application fee, and submitted extensive personal documentation, including proof of income, identification, and sensitive personal information required for the application process.
I met the stated qualifications with a 600+ credit score, verified income exceeding 4–5x the rent, veteran status, and no criminal history or prior evictions.
What was most disappointing was the lack of communication after everything was submitted. I had difficulty getting responses or updates regarding the status of the application after providing payment and highly sensitive personal documents.
I understand companies have screening standards and may approve or deny applicants at their discretion. However, professionalism, communication, and transparency should still be expected — especially when applicants are being asked to provide private personal and financial information.
I hope this encourages better communication and professionalism for future applicants.

Do not rent a townhouse at 4456 Pinscher St in Union City! Do not use this rental property! I moved out a month in advanced paid rent and turned off utilities as you should and this property charged me $250 because of that. Told me to call Ga Power back to have it turned on for $150? Now why would I do such a dumb thing? Charged me $168 for disconnecting water/sewer! There were hooks and tabs from previous renters and I was charged for someone else doing yet it was documented during my walkthrough before moving in. When it was time to move out I was not allowed to do a walkthrough. This is when I knew here comes the BS. I repaired the walls with some pink spackle that was supposed to to turn color of wall (I guess) and they charged me to paint over it when they have to paint anyway?? A charge of $500 to paint where TV’s were mounted is hella ridiculous. This property is located at 4456 Pincher St in Union City!! This place has a water and mold problem and when you wash clothes the water comes right in the back door where you have to enter to get in. The water just stand there and is wet all day everyday and it comes through the walls as well. Find you another place to rent. Also if there is any ants or bug issues you are responsible for that and changing air filters. I chafed then 4 times in one year and they kept getting dirty so fast. I was also charged for a dirty air filter and trash that was left in the garbage can outside. I paid for that rent for an entire month Onwas not occupying and gave my two months notice in advance. The audacity and deceitful tactics this place has to keep someone deposit.

I am very satisfied with Platinum. As a first time "landlord" I was nervous and cautious because it is all new to me. I contacted Platinum back in November 2025 with what seemed like 10,000 questions. And I knew that my now rental home would not be ready to list until early March 2026. From November to March they picked up the phone for me every time and answered every text. Phillip was AWESOME talking through with me all the details and services of the company. When it was time to get my house listed and inspected, Jennifer Locklear and her team became my main point of contact. I have really appreciated their honesty, communication, and rigorous vetting process to make sure tenants are qualified for properties to have a successful experience for all parties involved!
