  From the very first day we walked into Northbrooke, Nausheen didn't treat us like clients - she treated us like family. Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions anyone makes, and she understood that completely. She listened when we were uncertain, gave us honest answers even when they were hard to hear, and never once rushed us. That patience built real trust - the kind that doesn't come easy with something this important. From our first walkthrough, when we first felt "this could be it," all the way through closing, she made this feel less like a transaction and more like a journey she was walking with us. My family will remember this experience for the rest of our lives, and every time we walk through our front door, we'll think of the person who helped make it home. Recommend her without hesitation.

  We had an outstanding experience working with **Nausheen Mohammed** throughout our home-buying journey at Northbrooke. From the very beginning, she took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and guided us through every step of the process. She patiently walked us through the community, explained the different floor plans, gave us a detailed model home tour, and answered every question we had without ever making us feel rushed. What really stood out was her ability to put herself in our shoes. She genuinely listened to our requirements, understood our priorities, and helped us evaluate different options instead of simply trying to make a sale. She was always friendly, approachable, and incredibly patient, making what can be a stressful process feel comfortable and enjoyable.   I signed a contract on a house in January and it will be completed in September. I have very much enjoyed my experience and working with all teams thus far. My sales agents: Amber and Nausheen. They are both FANTASTIC and really went above and beyond. Amber and I bonded during the initial talks via email and phone; there was an instant connection and she truly took care of me through the sales contract and made everything easy; communication was excellent from the beginning and has continued to be so! Amber has sadly moved to a new subdivision and I’m sure she will be stellar there and wish her the BEST of luck in her new community. I have continued to enjoy my partnership with Nausheen and Megan as well; as communication and customer service is top notch for all these associates. My Toll Brothers Mortgage Rep: Jim (James) has been fantastic as well. He ensured a smooth and easy initial application process. He was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and informative during our first call. We have kept the communication open as I get closer and closer to my closing date in September. He has been a pleasure to work with. My Design Assistant: Sarah was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC during the design process. A little overwhelming with all the options, but the moment I stepped into the building Sarah made it EASY and I truly believe she helped me to pick out the PERFECT pieces for my house. It already looks STUNNING and we still have a way to go! I could walk back into the design studio again and would pick out everything the same because I truly belive these pieces she helped to pick out were meant to make my house my home! She had been beyond helpful and went above and beyond as well. My builder: Derrick had truly overseen the building of my house to what it is today. He is informative, knowledgeable and excellent at what he does. He is patient, explains well, and makes sure we meet all expectations. I truly could not have asked for a better builder for my home and know that he will deliver quality! When it comes to all of these individuals that have helped me to create my future home, I would say they have a lot in common. This similarities would include: communion, setting expectations, knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and quite frankly just all around good people that care about my finished product as much as I do. I truly could not have asked for a better team!
