  The sales people and our construction manager were all great, the home so far seems good quality, but watch out, once you are a homeowner the HOA company controls every finger you try to lift and will observe your every move. The HOA makes living here a nightmare after such a pleasant buying and building experience. Toll brothers can fix this but so far they have not.

  We have had an excellent experience with the Toll Brothers team at Bridlefield, especially Jade, Kelly, and Luke. Since we were purchasing remotely, Jade went above and beyond to make the process easy. She gave us virtual tours of the available lots, answered our questions, and helped us confidently select the right one. She clearly explained every step and guided us through the structural, design, and color selections, while keeping everything on track for a timely closing. Luke, our construction manager, has also been outstanding. His weekly updates and detailed virtual walkthroughs kept us well informed throughout construction. During the midway walkthrough, he thoroughly showed us the property, answered our questions, and gave us confidence about the construction quality and backyard. Buying a home remotely could have been stressful, but Jade, Kelly, and Luke made the experience organized, transparent, and reassuring. We truly appreciate their responsiveness and commitment, and highly recommend the Bridlefield team.
