  We recently visited Ansley Towns A new townhome community and came away disappointed. While the homes themselves are nicely built, the overall value just isn’t there for the price being asked. One of the biggest drawbacks is the location. The community sits right next to Highway 400, and the traffic noise is constant and much louder than I expected. If you’re looking for a quiet place to live, this is something to seriously consider. The amenities were another letdown. Instead of having their own pool and tennis courts, residents share them with a much larger neighboring community. The pool already appeared very busy, so I can’t imagine how crowded it will be once more homes are occupied. The marketing also highlights Halcyon, but it’s about 11 miles away, so I don’t see that as a meaningful benefit of living here. Overall, considering the high prices, highway noise, and overcrowded shared amenities, I don’t think this community offers good value. I would recommend visiting in person before making any decisions.
