  If possible I would give this community 0 stars. The staff is not professional at all. They lie and tell you stuff over the phone the proceed to claim they never said it because you don’t have proof. Document and record everything when it comes to speaking to the office staff. When considering moving here DO NOT include the pool as an amenity here because it is never open. The pool was closed for half the summer last year and than they had all winter and did nothing than proceed to have the pool “fixed” right before summer and than reopened the pool for roughly a week before school got out just to close the pool on a Monday for “cleaning” than claimed maintenance did not have time to clean it so it stayed closed just for the end of Tuesday to claim that it was inspected again and the inspection found problems so once again they closed the pool for repairs and are now claiming the pool will not be open till MAYBE the middle of June. When the pool is one of their top amenities they offer. With that keep in mind before they could open the pool it had to be inspected by the county and clearly got the approval since it was open for a week. The trash compactor walk way stays filled with trash to where you can hardly get to the compactor door over 50% of the time. The guest gate stays broken majority of the time. They also love to send out emails stating cleaning or inspections or work will be done then it never happens or inspections get cancelled the day off but then they expect you to just be able to have the inspections moved to the next day or Friday. Without understanding that kids are out for the summer and people don’t have time to just constantly have their pets put up all day waiting on them.

  I toured the property and found the rooms to be very small. However, because of a move-out special they were offering, I decided to go ahead and apply. Shortly after, I noticed the apartment price was not what I had originally been told. When I brought this up, Tyra placed me on hold and then claimed the special had already ended. This was confusing, as I had just been told it would last until March 30. To make matters worse, I had received an email less than an hour earlier advertising a two-bedroom for $1,415. The inconsistency and lack of transparency were disappointing. In the end, I’m actually grateful for the experience, as it saved me from what could have been a very frustrating situation.

  I would give them zero stars if possible. They lie from the beginning. Not very professional. They will take your money and leave you hanging. I had to spend 1000s of dollars waiting for them to approve me after I already paid the guarantors. They make it seem like your approval process will be simple. It will not. You will be told they’ll call you tomorrow day after day after day. It’s not worth it. I still haven’t received my refund. Don’t waste your time!!!!

  I love the community, convenient commute and professional staff. They are excellent with giving back into the community always giving us something monthly.
