Apartment Building
Our beautiful community is located in Covington, Georgia, east of Atlanta and offers independent living for residents over 62 years old. We have 29 self-contained efficiency apartments that include kitchen, bath and living/dining/bed space and 84 one-bedroom apartments with living/dining room, complete kitchen, bedroom and one bathroom. Residents enjoy activities in a beautiful community room and also have access to county transportation.
We have also received the Community of Quality award given by NAHMA.
