I truly miss seeing her face in the office and having her knowledge and experience to rely on. She just have a way with people. No matter the situation or the request, she made all residents feel seen and heard. I’ve witnessed a number of residents come in and wait on her specifically and I’m sure it had to do with their confidence in her and knowing she will get whatever they need done.

- BBBizarre BitezJun 22, 20261.0BRING BLAKE BACK! New manager Corey is horrible. Why am I getting fined for my trashcan not being back in the morning by 9am when I work overnight ??? Like you don’t know peoples situation. How is my clean trash can sitting outside MY door bothering you??? This expectation to have them in 9am when the trash men sometimes come at 3am is insanity. Am I gonna get fined $25 every single day I work?Walking around finding an issue and messing with residents is ew. We were perfectly fine before he came. I can’t wait to move now. Extremely rude tone, almost as if he is happy to abuse his power. Maybe focus on other things like the dry wipes in the gym.
