  Came here to visit a friend of mine and I was considering applying to live here. First of all I’m glad I know someone personally that lives here and was able to see the conditions first hand. The roaches are clearly a problem. Supposedly most of the neighbors have this problem. The leasing office is hard to get in contact with which I know first hand because I attempted to call myself a few times. I was told they hold your rent payment and tack on fees that they shouldn’t. You can read other reviews that will show this is a real problem they have here! And what sealed it for me was my car being broken into and my bag coming up missing ! I’m so glad I dodged this bullet. Just based on the stories Iv heard and witnessed first hand having a close friend live here please AVOID THE HEADACHE! Trust me it’s not worth it !

  I've been a tenant for 3 years. Just recently we have new management and maintenance crew. The maintenance crew is very fast to fix problems in my unit. Management team take your complaint seriously and fix my problem in a timely matter. Thank you and I am grateful. I rate this from 1-10 a 11

  Hello l also been here a few months and lm going t o tell the truth,the two ladies that in the office is very nice to talk to and l went through a little hard time,l they didn't look down on me.what a pair of nice people.thank you

  Had a wonderful stay here for three years. Melanie is the best manager you could ask for. Will miss her.

  The move in process was smooth and Ms.Melanie showed professionalism and the staff is very helpful. Maintenance always on time and very helpful. Neighbors are good and quiet.
