  Came here to visit a friend of mine and I was considering applying to live here. First of all I’m glad I know someone personally that lives here and was able to see the conditions first hand. The roaches are clearly a problem. Supposedly most of the neighbors have this problem. The leasing office is hard to get in contact with which I know first hand because I attempted to call myself a few times. I was told they hold your rent payment and tack on fees that they shouldn’t. You can read other reviews that will show this is a real problem they have here! And what sealed it for me was my car being broken into and my bag coming up missing ! I’m so glad I dodged this bullet. Just based on the stories Iv heard and witnessed first hand having a close friend live here please AVOID THE HEADACHE! Trust me it’s not worth it !

  I've been a tenant for 3 years. Just recently we have new management and maintenance crew. The maintenance crew is very fast to fix problems in my unit. Management team take your complaint seriously and fix my problem in a timely matter. Thank you and I am grateful. I rate this from 1-10 a 11

  I was recently in the office and the manager Melanie was extremely rude to a resident. I turned around and left as I obviously do not want to rent from a community who is going to be hostile to me.

  We have lived here for several years and we love this place. Our property manager Melanie is wonderful. She works hard to keep the community safe and clean. Any issues we have are addressed immediately. Melanie is always a pleasure to talk to and I would recommend this place to anyone.
