  I moved into this community in late 2024 when Melanie was still managing the property. From the very beginning, the experience was misleading and disappointing. I applied for what was advertised online as a renovated townhouse, only to discover after moving in that most of the townhomes including mine were not renovated at all. When I asked why I wasn’t notified beforehand, Melanie talked in circles and never provided a direct or honest answer. Since then, management has changed twice, and the issues have only continued. I have repeatedly reached out regarding water damage, mold concerns, air filtration problems, and pest issues including geckos inside my home. Instead of addressing these legitimate health and safety concerns, I was told I’m “the only person complaining,” as if that somehow makes the problems less real. The last time I spoke with management, I was laughed at and told I was “making it a big deal.” I am making it a big deal because Asset Living expects rent to be paid on time, yet I cannot receive proper maintenance, transparency, or the renovations I was led to believe I was paying for. Maintenance only patches issues, and management openly admits they don’t want to pay vendors to renovate occupied units, yet they raise rent as if I’m living in a fully renovated home. When I asked about transferring to another unit within the complex, especially given the rent increase, I was told no because there was no catastrophic event that took place in my home such as a fire.

  I absolutely loved living here for the year that I have been here, it has been nothing short of peaceful and safe for me. I have never had any safety concerns and I have never had disruptive neighbors. Everyone here is so welcoming and nice and peaceful. The rent office staff are AMAZING, Nas the leasing agent is so sweet and welcoming, Wendy is always ready and available to help with any issues, Devin and Francis are always ready to come repair and fix any maintenance issue that I have in my apartment and if they can’t fix it they will make sure to get in contact with whoever they need too, maintenance staff are always smiling and ready to do their job. I’m sad that I have to leave this community because my living situation has changed but I would sign my lease again and again and again if I could.

  Came here to visit a friend of mine and I was considering applying to live here. First of all I’m glad I know someone personally that lives here and was able to see the conditions first hand. The roaches are clearly a problem. Supposedly most of the neighbors have this problem. The leasing office is hard to get in contact with which I know first hand because I attempted to call myself a few times. I was told they hold your rent payment and tack on fees that they shouldn’t. You can read other reviews that will show this is a real problem they have here! And what sealed it for me was my car being broken into and my bag coming up missing ! I’m so glad I dodged this bullet. Just based on the stories Iv heard and witnessed first hand having a close friend live here please AVOID THE HEADACHE! Trust me it’s not worth it !

  I love the apartment complex. It's clean,and quiet. Manager is understanding, caring, and straight forward. She is an awesome manger.

  Me and my wife have lived there for 4 years. When we first initially went to see the apartments, the property manager, Melanie was very nice to us and she made sure we got all of our paper work together. Moving in was a breeze and she has never given us any trouble and neither have we. Anytime we had questions, she would answer then in a timely manner. As our first apartment together, it was a pleasant experience.
