I have lived here for almost 13 years and I have never been a person to jump from.one place to another. This complex has been through approximately 6 different management companies. With each one it has deteriorated. This company now is the worst. I have experienced the worst maintenance and management ever. I spent two months with plumbing issues in both bathrooms and I had to call the Code Enforcer. The last incident I came home about two weeks ago to find my apartment flooded from a leak in the bathroom. I had to get the water up myself. Then the carpet stayed wet for days until it dried on its on. Not to mention the smell everyday. I am in the process of moving, can't talk to anyone about anything. There is so much wrong with these apartments and on top of that they want to increase your rent and no upgrades to these apartments since I moved here in 2012. The government should do something about places like this. If you can find somewhere else to move or be live in distress.

If I could give it zero stars I would. 10/10 would not recommend to move here. Moved August 1, was supposed to get a 2 bedroom unit and we were told it was infested with roaches and we could live in a 1 bedroom until a new 2 bedroom was available. It has been months and we have received no updates even though we have called countless times, emailed countless times. Carol Sanford the leasing lady lied to us, her district manager Antjuana C. Sumbry-Smith was supposed to fix the situation but she has stopped responding and even blocked our calls. We have yet to hear from the regional manager Dwone Burse

Excellent management that goes above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of! Carol is the sweetest. This is a great place to live with a team that truly cares about their residents.

Don’t move here. And if you do stay away from apartment 146. The entire 5 years that I lived here we had a leak in the bathroom ceiling and bedroom windows and HVAC unit. Maintenance put a bandaid fix on everything and basically told us the HVAC leak was never going to get fixed, there’s foundational issues that would need to be Jack hammered into in order to correct. So we would just have to call maintenance to drain our HVAC pipe every two weeks. This was annoying and frustrating. Especially during this year they didn’t have maintenance for months, I’m not sure if they ever hired any because I’ve moved since. This property has changed management 4 or 5 times in two years. The office manager is nice but she doesn’t have the answers or resources to fix the problems put in her lap.
