Avoid like the plague. They call it a deposit but will not give it back. Everything you mention in pre inspection is what they "charge" you for. They are crooks . My apartment was infested and they refused to let the sxterminators treat the infestation. Would not recommend no matter how enticing it might be.

Staff is nice. They do detailed background checks before accepting or denying applications.

Worst company I have ever leased a house from ever. Our A/C went out and it took them so long to fix it my poor infant was so hot I finally just went and bought the part to fix it myself. Then my heater went out the next winter, and I refused to fix it myself. We had to wait 2 weeks for them to finally come out to the house and take a look at it. Then it took them another week to get the part in and actually come fix it. Just horrible, customer service. The lady at the front desk is the rudest person I have ever encountered, and the people who work in the back just blow you off and never return your calls. Beware when you move out too because they will find a way to recoup some of your deposit. I would never recommend any of my soldiers to rent from this company.
