  Avoid like the plague. They call it a deposit but will not give it back. Everything you mention in pre inspection is what they "charge" you for. They are crooks . My apartment was infested and they refused to let the sxterminators treat the infestation. Would not recommend no matter how enticing it might be.

  After my mother passed away, she left her home to her three sons. I live far from Columbus, Georgia, and one of my brothers initially rented out the property. Unfortunately, things went downhill quickly with the first tenant. The house was damaged inside and out, and we were left not only with repairs but also the difficult process of eviction. From out of state and feeling overwhelmed, I reached out to Rowe Realty to see if they could help. From that very first call, they stepped up, immediately and professionally. They handled the eviction, helped restore the property, and guided us through every step with calm expertise and clear communication. Frankly, I couldn’t believe my luck in finding them when we needed help the most. We recently reached a point where we no longer needed a management company because one of the owners moved back into the home. Even so, I was genuinely sad to part ways with Rowe Realty and their wonderful staff. Throughout our time working together, they were consistently friendly, responsive, and efficient. Most importantly, they treated me with respect and care during what was a very stressful period. I cannot recommend Rowe Realty highly enough. If you are looking for a property management company that is competent, compassionate, and truly has your back, especially if you’re managing property from afar, look no further.

  Don’t rent from Rowe ever. I had a 12 month lease, fridge stopped working for 4 months before they did anything. I had a hot water leak for 9 months of my lease that ran my water bill sky high, they only did something once I called 311 on them. Any reports are blamed on the “owner” that they can never get in contact with. They are useless all of their owners are slum lords and they throw you to the wolves to fend for yourself. I ain’t got much more to say Rowe Realty know what they can do.

  I can't say enough positive things about my experience working with Rowe Realty. We worked with several other management companies prior to finding Rowe for an apartment complex we own in Columbus. We are out of state investors and having the piece of mind that Rowe provided through their services was something that we will always appreciate! They were always communicative, friendly and diligent. Our property came with unique challenges and they were able to help turn it around. They do a great job of keeping owners and residents best interest at heart and everyone on their staff is so helpful!

  Rowe failed us as landlords. They will not tell you about needed maintenance but will send a bill ASAP. They will send people out and your property will be trashed by tenants and they never tell you. When you decided to sell they will make you feel guilty and not follow through on collecting the rent due or the damage fees. They never answer emails, or calls, etc. We used them and trusted them because we live halfway around the world and they failed us. Please use someone else!
