I had a great experience working with Alora! She was very attentive, answered all of my questions, and made the application process so easy and stress-free. She was helpful, professional, and made sure I felt informed every step of the way. I truly appreciate all of her help and would definitely recommend working with her!

I really love it here, the place is pretty great aside from some disturbances from neighbors, I live here and it is very awesome, the employees are nice and can fix the stuff up for you, the rent is a bit much, I would say it is a minor win for the residents here.

The apartment complex itself was very nice and well-maintained, and I was initially impressed with the property. Unfortunately, my experience during the tour was disappointing. The tour guide Brittney was not very personable and made both my boyfriend and I feel as though we were bothering her. There was little conversation during the whole interaction While the property itself was beautiful, the customer service experience left a lasting impression. First impressions are important, and unfortunately, based on my experience, I will not be returning or considering this property in the future.

I would not recommend the Preserve. We’ve had a pretty frustrating experience since moving in. There have been cockroaches in the apartment we’ve rented since moving in and management does nothing to fix it
