  The apartment complex itself was very nice and well-maintained, and I was initially impressed with the property. Unfortunately, my experience during the tour was disappointing. The tour guide Brittney was not very personable and made both my boyfriend and I feel as though we were bothering her. There was little conversation during the whole interaction While the property itself was beautiful, the customer service experience left a lasting impression. First impressions are important, and unfortunately, based on my experience, I will not be returning or considering this property in the future.

  I would not recommend the Preserve. We’ve had a pretty frustrating experience since moving in. There have been cockroaches in the apartment we’ve rented since moving in and management does nothing to fix it

  I’ve had an absolutely fantastic experience living here. The property is always clean, well-maintained, and peaceful, making it a great place to come home to every day. Lisa is incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any time I’ve had a question or needed assistance, Lisa has gone above and beyond to help, always with a positive attitude and a smile. The entire staff does a great job, but Lisa stands out for her exceptional customer service and willingness to help. If you’re looking for a place where you feel valued and taken care of, this is it. Highly recommend!

  Only been here for a short time but have loved my experience so far. The front office staff is SUPER nice and helpful. I feel safe and secure. To be in a busy area of town it’s so peaceful and quiet. The amenities are great and the units are all up to date. So glad I moved here!
