I've been here since June of 2020 besides being on the 4th property manager, haven't had much issues. Usually pretty quiet and neighbors are friendly. Appreciate the property mangers we have had that actually do things for the complex such as community events. Affordable priced compared to the rest of Columbus.

  Very unprofessional, and money hungry.

I use to live here and had a bad experience. They did switch property managers while we were there. They had a very bad mold problem and had to move us to another apartment then someone water pipe busted and water was everywhere and came down to our apartment. They did not fix it but cover it up and I had a newborn baby and the smell was so awful. I had to call the bureau people on them. It was mold in the last apartment also. I would never move to them cheap old apartments. I like to be and fill safe. The manager was very nice though and the environment was pretty ok.
