  Look no further than, as a traveler nurse I’ve been around and have to say that the hospitality that the leasing manager Pam attains had me bought and just want to say thank you for making things so less complicated. The floor plans were all amazing and cost sufficient to my liking and went with the one br. The amenities were all what I expected and convenient and was able to make a decision right away. The community is nice and quiet, Maintenance crew deserves a raise after seeing how well kept the grounds were during my tour around the complex. Thank you for the amazing experience.

  Maintenance does not prioritize their residents. I have put several work orders in, and they go into the system only to be marked as completed when they never even stepped foot in my apartment. I have never put in a request and had to wait a month for a follow-up until I moved here. I put in a work order on May 5 about my ventilation fans going out in both of my restrooms. The fans help keep mold and smoke from my neighbor’s apartment out of my bathrooms, but they seem not to care whatsoever. So, I put in another request on May 19 for the same issue and have yet to hear anything back. On top of that, I submitted a request on May 24 about my water heater leaking through my apartment. That is the latest request I have put in. I shouldn’t have to chase down maintenance workers to complete tasks that are already put into the system. The only thing they seem to respond to quickly over here is repainting and cleaning apartments after former residents move out so they can move the next person into this complex.

  What can I say about Ms. Pam, I didn’t know good customer service still exists in this world. Ms. Pam is the ultimate professional! I live in Florida and my daughter lives in Georgia and I was trying to rent an apartment and Ms. made it a smooth transition for me to get everything done, so I could get the apartment. You are a God sent in my situation. The apartment is beautiful and the community is very welcoming. I 100% recommend this community and the best customer service that money cannot buy.

  Miss Pam at cross creek is by far the best property manger I have ever came across, made us feel oh so very welcome from start to finish. This lady always has a smile on her face and a positive attitude, someone give this lovely lady a raise!

  As a tenant who left March 2026. Please avoid this place. They care ONLY about the money and not the tenant.
