  I've been a tenant here for three years and never had a single problem until I moved out. I will never bash their workers but management is a different story! They have you paying all of this money before you move Into someone else problems then once you move out everything comes straight to you. I had my carpet inspected per their policy and the guy charged me $50 and said it needs to be replaced due to it being 3+ years. I then had to pay for cleaning out of my own pocket instead of them taking it out of my deposit ($170). And still got my deposit taken because supposedly the carpet was damaged. I told the office manager the guy that inspected the carpet didn't say it was damaged. All he said was its fine but due to the 3+ years, it need to be replaced. I was also unnecessary charged for a fridge handle that popped lose for the second time even after I put a work order in for it to be fixed. So they basically patched it up. Why should we be the ones that suffer the consequences. Thats a given. The carpet should be replaced after a certain time anyway. The place should be painted after a certain time.

  I love it when I moved in no bugs is clean. It’s nice and it’s quiet.

  Been living here only a month but I absolutely love it! 😁 The staff is extremely nice! Carly and Kaiti are exceptional! One thing I really like is that Carly schedules Food Trucks to come on property at least once a month! I'm a foodie so I absolutely love this! 😍 Also, whenever we need maintenance to repair something, they always do so in a timely manner!
