  Pick and choose who they let violate the lease . manger withh come to your house with 24 hour notice . do not recommend. !!!!!!

  Five stars for my tour at Brittwood Apartments in Columbus! Everything about the property is beautiful, from the clean, lovely grounds to the actual layout of the apartments. A huge thank you to Rachel for showing me around. She was incredibly sweet, professional, had answers for all anll of my questions and made the whole experience fantastic. The floor plans are smart and stunning. I really loved everything I saw!!

  I haven’t even moved in yet, but I can already tell this place is amazing! We had a tour with Rachel, and she was THE BEST! We felt so comfortable throughout the entire tour, and I was able to ask all the questions I wanted without ever feeling rushed or like I was bothering her. She was so kind, helpful, and welcoming. I also absolutely LOVE the interior—it’s beautiful, modern, and feels so warm and inviting. I’m already so excited to move in! ❤️

  I recently moved to Brittwood, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. From the very beginning, the leasing staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made choosing this community so much easier. Kleigha was especially amazing throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to answer my questions and made everything feel stress-free. I did have a small hiccup on move-in day, but the staff was so patient, understanding, and kind while helping me work through it. So far, this apartment already feels much safer, more welcoming, and more like home than my previous place. I’m excited to be a part of the Brittwood community and look forward to living here. I highly recommend Brentwood to anyone looking for a place to call home!
