  I received an appointment with them February 20th Of 2026. I brought all my information to the office that they asked for and they told me that I will Move in at the end of March I have yet to receive a call back from them. They never pick up the phone. They never answer emails and then in order to get in touch with them you will have to take off from Work and miss out on Money just for them to still tell you that you have to wait Another month so I waited for that month and I called them again in April and it was still the same thing Another lie after another lie not only that prior to me going to the appointment they had already told me that my unit was ready for me to move in and that I should be getting Call Back to pick up my keys within a week or two never receive that call. I’m just over these apartments. They are very unprofessional on how to handle people information and people trust. I will not recommend it to any mother who’s in the need of a place and waiting for them to call you back. Don’t even worry about it because they will not call you back at all so waste of time.

  Been living at this property for years now and I have to say getting ahold of anyone in the office is nonexistent. I’ve personally called the office and had other individuals call the office for me almost every single day and not one soul answers the phone. Calling from 10am up until closing and not one person EVER answers the phone. You will literally have to request a day off from your job, risk losing hours from your job, and your money, just to enter their office building in the morning to be able to talk to someone, this is absolutely unacceptable. This is absurd and ridiculous.

  These apartments don’t even deserve 1 star. My boyfriend and I were trying to move and we fell in love with these apartments. The person who was helping us name was Ariana and she insured us that the application fee was refundable as well as she’d be able to get us in a unit in about a week, let’s just say that week turned into a wasted month. Apparently we weren’t the only person she was telling lies to just to get some type of commission before she was fired or “left”. We then begged the property manager in which she reassured us that we’d be able to get into a unit( 2bedroom) These apartments are supposed to be a tax credit but since I “made too much” they tried to put me in a market apartment which wasn’t even ready. They did all of this just to tell us that they weren’t going to continue with our application because of my boyfriends income changing when he literally lost his job that he first had, trying to make sure we moved because they suck at communicating but get mad when people come up there. Management is terrible! DO NOT RECOMMEND MOVING HERE.

  One day i went to the office because they had changed my rent to 1025 for like 3 monthes and this was the third time but the person at the front told me to speak to the manager and she was a white old woman and she did not help me but they both shouted at me like dogs and she tryed to bite me and at the end she tryed to hit me when i was leaving.
