  This apartment is suck,please be aware when you move they scam you with a bigmoney,l leased for 17 months and before I renew i start asking to change some stuff I have kids ,unfortunately in my unit there is heat problem, eveny time I called them they just fix it Temporarily and not working again I spent the whole winter like that and carpet was smell bad,they refuse to fix .I start asking 90 before either change new unit or fixing those stafe that they "yes we can that before the lease term start "when one month left ,I went office to either fix it or change new unit, they said we can not fix it So I start looking another unit unfortunately I found it..I return the key and key and finalized the key, after a month they fix the whole work like everything as new and own me $1377,that's my whole month rent.they very crazy... Don't move to this apartment at the end of your leaset end and you think to move to different apartment they gonna rob you and fix everything thing unit the they report all that money in your credit..please be aware this place..

  The best Property Management Kami. Making this emergency transition from house to an apartment wasn’t easy. However, the compassion, support and genuine care him and staff gave me was so much appreciated. I did moved into a unit it’s been quiet, peaceful and satisfying even when I needed a little tender maintenance or touch to the home the maintenance team was promptly at my home. Thank you, ✨again guys I’m very grateful Ps. The nearby nature trails like Friendship Nature Park and more trails has been very helpful to my mental health.✨✨✨
