  If you must move here DO NOT move around the pool… constant noise.. there is a party out there every single day.. the rule has always been 2 guests at the pool… I can look out my window on any given day and 40 people are out there… music loud enough to hear it very clearly in your apartment… when I first moved here there was a security guard at the pool… I don’t know what happened, but that needs to be a thing again… as much money as we pay it should definitely be a part of the budget… the last property manager did a much better job than whomever is running the show now… we pay entirely too much money here for the nuisance that pool area has become… something needs to be done!

  I enjoyed my stay here at The Deco, the staff is prompt and responsive as well. The building is beautiful, and they are building a great community of breweries, cafes, restaurants, and a walking path by the property. Honorable mention to Shanaye was more than helpful and always took care of her residents well.

  Whatever you do, do not lead and Apartment here. While the apartments are beautiful, the construction and customer service is awful. You can hear any and everything through the walls. The leasing staff and office managers are irresponsive. Packages were stolen out of the mail room while I lived here. My apartment was entered by maintenance and contractors and repairs to a leaking shower were completed without my approval. I could go on with my grievances. Again, DO NOT LEASE HERE! Not worth the price or the headache that comes along with staying here.

  Well, I have lived here for 8 months now, and the only worse experience I am having sor far it's The Deco customer service they never answr the the phone calls or email, but honestly everything else is been amazing.
