  I’m tired of the building workers complaining to me about weights being slammed in the weight the building. I’m not responsible for the pool architecture of the building. I’m told that VIP lives underneath. That simple makes me feel less than, undermined and discriminated against. I myself have made complaints about the residents above me making excessive noise, but there has been nothing done. Meanwhile, there are pool parties thrown, that constantly exceeds the rule of only two pool quest per lessee. I see no one enforcing the rule that is actually in the lease agreement. Lastly, we have made a maintenance request about potential mold on our shower ceiling that has yet to be addressed.

  I’ve had a great experience living here. The ladies in the front office always do their best to help and are very responsive whenever I need anything. Maintenance is friendly and quick to address any issues, the amenities are great, and I absolutely love my unit. Overall, I’ve been very happy with my experience here!

  If you must move here DO NOT move around the pool… constant noise.. there is a party out there every single day.. the rule has always been 2 guests at the pool… I can look out my window on any given day and 40 people are out there… music loud enough to hear it very clearly in your apartment… when I first moved here there was a security guard at the pool… I don’t know what happened, but that needs to be a thing again… as much money as we pay it should definitely be a part of the budget… the last property manager did a much better job than whomever is running the show now… we pay entirely too much money here for the nuisance that pool area has become… something needs to be done!
