Management is a 10/10! However, I would not recommend this place. The day we were supposed to move in we found a complete infestation of German cockroaches. Thankfully we were able to back out of the lease and management gave us a full refund. But the complex does have a roach issue. We should have known to stay away when the unit they showed us during our tour (months before we moved in) had a dead roach in it as well. So it wasn’t just our building.

Do not move here. Roach infested, terrible office/property managers Terrence and Anthony. I moved out 4/27 and still have not received my deposit after two months. I had nothing but issues and Anthony refused to fix the holes in ceiling of my apartment but had it repaired the week I moved out. I had an issue with Terrance being rude and Anthony told me not to come back to the office and Terrance continued to be rude. On the day of move out I inquired with Terrence about the move out checklist and was advised nothing was needed. I asked the leasing agent if anything was needed from me and he stated a forwarding address which was provided. I called a few time and to see what the hold up is and Terrence told me he just put in the mail that was back in May. I have waited almost 2 months for my deposit. I had to call headquarters to see what the hold up was and they stated they did not have a forwarding address although I completed the form and gave it to the leasing agent. Corporate was even confused on why there was no forwarding address because the company policy requires to obtain a forwarding address. I called Regency Squate to confirm my forwarding address and the agent said there was not one of file. Not sure why Anthony and Terrence did not like me but they made it known. Save yourself the headache. Now corporate has to investigate before my deposit is sent out. Worst apartment experience of my life. Oh and like 4 dogs died on the property after visiting the dog park.

I normally don't leave negative reviews, but residents have been without hot water since May 22nd, and the situation has become unacceptable. As a parent, I've had to boil water every day just so my son can take a bath. I've also been forced to go to LA Fitness just to shower. These are extra expenses and major inconveniences that no resident should have to deal with while paying full rent. What's even more frustrating is the lack of communication from management. I've called and emailed multiple times asking for updates and assistance, but I've received no response. However, I have received paperwork regarding my lease renewal. At this point, I'm much more concerned about having access to basic necessities than discussing a lease renewal. Hot water is an essential service, and going this long without it is unacceptable. Residents deserve clear communication, accountability, and some form of compensation for the ongoing inconvenience. I hope management addresses this issue immediately and starts responding to residents who have been affected.

Ive been here since December 2025 and i can say its been very quiet and when i had problems in my unit they came out and fixed it with no problem! I see people complaining about roaches but i only seen dead ones when i moved in and i havent seen any since… my problem is spiders granddaddy long legs just coming from no were but i rather have those then roaches. They just here and there kill with one spray and thats it! Pros: very quite the space is nice and i love the appliances and the floors no carpet and the bathroom is a great size!! I have a balcony but my view sucks but thats okay i dont really go out there anyways. Like i said maintenance come when i put in a request. The staff is super nice. They do keep it clean around her i guess of the new management so thats a good things. Cons: The elevator do not work when they said it do. They also aint trying to fix it neither. So if you are elderly or in a wheelchair do not move here bc you will have to take the stairs. The gates are always messed up and they dont have the arms so any and everybody can come through when the gates are working bc the gates close slow and the arms arent there. I dont like that its on a boiler meaning you have to tell them when you want ac or heat and they come and turn it on for you. Right now from May 23nd our boiler has been out meaning we dont have any hot water on the odd side of the building so its now been a week without hot water causing me to go to my boyfriend house to shower. That i do not like and that they dont know when it will be fixed bc they trying to get a boiler vendor to fix it. They sent out emails about the boiler being out but didnt say if they will be crediting us for it. That i dont like. Those have only been my issues so far! Im just waiting on now to see how much they take rent up when its time to renew in November ! But if you can deal with those things then its a good place to move to oh its a fire station across from the apartments it doesnt bother me but i see in the reviews it bothers some!!

The worst part is that we’ve been without hot water for 10 days now in Building 3256. They claim they are "working hard," but I haven't seen any activity whatsoever. They simply don't care—oh, but just be one day late paying the rent, and they’re right there sending you notices. Right now, given the lack of hot water, the bill ought to be lower; on the contrary, it’s actually higher. The elevator in this very same building has been broken for over a year; I see how difficult it is for elderly residents to have to walk down the stairs, yet they do nothing to fix it. The service is abysmal. It’s a shame my lease doesn't end until September; honestly, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
