  ⚠️ VERY CONCERNED ABOUT SAFETY AND MANAGEMENT I am extremely disappointed with the lack of security and the poor response from management at this apartment community. There have been repeated car break-ins, and it hasn’t even been two months since the previous incidents. The gates are often left open, there is little to no visible security, and residents are left feeling completely unprotected. What is even more frustrating is the lack of response from management. They are very quick to collect rent and fees, but when residents need help or have serious safety concerns, there seems to be little to no action. We feel like we are living on our own, without proper support or protection from the administration. There are also people openly smoking drugs on the property, and despite residents’ concerns, it seems that nothing is being done to address the situation. This is especially alarming because many families with children live here. We should not have to worry about our cars being broken into, our children’s safety, or what is happening around our homes. Safety should be a basic priority, not something residents have to constantly beg management to address. I strongly urge management to take immediate action: improve security, keep the gates properly closed, investigate the repeated vehicle break-ins, address illegal drug use on the property, and actually listen and respond to residents’ concerns.

  Son los peores apartamentos que pueden encontrar, no tienen seguridad privada y son carisimos, tienen exceso de plaga, hay mucha delincuencia, cada semana roban autos o rompen el vidrio de los mismos y no se hacen responsables de los daños sabiendo que uno paga por seguridad, los portones de seguridad estan dañado y no los reparan dando como resultado el ingreso de cualquier delincuente, facilitando la delincuencia hacia sus inquilinos, en resumen no vengan a estos apartamentos o se llevaran la peor experiencia que puedan tener. La persona que esta encargada de la atencion en la oficina es un arrogante y malcreado, fue burlezco e irrespetuoso al contarle la situacion, no se su nombre pero es una persona de la comunidad LGBT digo eso solo para reconocer a la persona ya que no se su informacion, la peor experiencia que e tenido en unos apartamentos.

  Terrible communication, Terrible maintenance. Terrible property administration. Extreme pest problem. Unsafe environment. Multiple car break-ins. Gun violent cautious environment. Save your money and rent elsewhere. Beware

  Management is a 10/10! However, I would not recommend this place. The day we were supposed to move in we found a complete infestation of German cockroaches. Thankfully we were able to back out of the lease and management gave us a full refund. But the complex does have a roach issue. We should have known to stay away when the unit they showed us during our tour (months before we moved in) had a dead roach in it as well. So it wasn’t just our building.
