  When I first came to the vineyards it was Adria who showed me around and was super nice. Since moving in, I can rely on her to help me figure out any problems I run into. She’s very helpful and has a great attitude when it comes to bettering the community.

  Being new to Georgia, I looked at many places to rent, and found the Vineyards Apartment homes in Cartersville to be the ideal location for me. The place was very clean and modern, ( I'm vey pricky about where I stay. ) The Staff was very friendly professional and understanding of my needs. The maintenance staff fixed any problems in a very timely manner. I would like to give a special shout out to Mia, for always being available to answer any concerns via in person or email. Thank you Vineyard Staff for all of your professionalism!!!

  I moved here in October and so far I am really enjoying my new home! I worked closely with Mia and she has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Since the day I toured the place up until today, she has been great at communicating with me and providing me with all the information I need. Maintenance has been great and usually come out the same day I put in a maintenance request. I'm in a one bedroom and it is more than enough space for me. The new management company, Hilltop Residential, has been putting in a lot of effort to make the place look great with all the upgrades to the property! Looking forward to getting those new granite countertops!
