  When I first came to the vineyards it was Adria who showed me around and was super nice. Since moving in, I can rely on her to help me figure out any problems I run into. She’s very helpful and has a great attitude when it comes to bettering the community.

  Dishwasher leaks and falling out of wall. A request was sent in Jan to get fixed, calls made now its June and still falls out and floods the kitchen. No one has been out to fix it. Pool closed for second week since Memorial Day. They should have had it inspection ready way before the holiday and start of summer. Now we wait for inspector to come out no telling when. The outside hallway lights are never on but yet the tenant has the complex electric bill come out of their rent. Trash by mailbox is always overflowing never emptied. You can’t call because no one is ever in the office or answers phone. Sometimes a person will answer at the sister complex next door. The standard response is come by the office and we will discuss your concerns. It’s ridiculous that the pool is not open. You had all spring to get it ready. From the list of complaints you haven’t fixed anything in the apartments either. Definitely would not move into this place!!!!
