  I had a wonderful experience with these apartments. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how welcoming and professional the team was. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a great atmosphere. A special thank you to the Property Manager, Romae. She truly goes above and beyond to make everyone feel valued. She is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares about providing exceptional customer service. If you’re looking for an apartment community with excellent management and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend The Dawson at Cartersville! Can’t wait to move-in!

  Lakeside villas has the best resident engagement programs! Movie night was a success! My kids and I really enjoyed being poured into with a positive event meant to bring the residents together. The staff is highly professional and responsive as well!

  Okay I have been having problems recently and when I say Romae and maintenance has been coming through. I put in an order and they come if not that day they will arrive soon. I freak out when something happens so with them responding so quickly puts me at ease. I can say compared to the last office manager and the last maintenance guys, things have improved a lot. With it not being many of them they move quickly. It’s really appreciated and I thank them. They also waited until I arrived home and I Love that because I watch to learn 😊

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have lived here for the past two years, and I can honestly say that the biggest positive change has been the new management team. Before now, I barely knew who the property manager was, but Romae has completely changed that experience. She is personable, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents and community. She is always responsive, communicates clearly, and handles concerns quickly and efficiently. What stands out most is how involved and accessible she is. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of and that residents feel heard. It’s refreshing to have a property manager who is so dedicated and proactive. Romae’s hard work and commitment have made a noticeable difference in the community, and I truly appreciate everything she does. Thank you for making our living experience a positive one! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
