  This is by far the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. Since moving in, I’ve had to contact maintenance at least 6 times because the appliances are old and constantly breaking. So far, I’ve had the bathroom drains replaced, the garbage disposal stop working, the water heater went out (leaving us without hot water for days during cold weather), and now my fridge has stopped cooling for the second time. The first time, it took over a week to fix, and now it’s been 6 days since I submitted another maintenance request with no update at all. Communication here is terrible. There’s never any follow-up or sense of urgency, and the only excuse is that “maintenance is behind.” That’s been the same excuse the entire year I’ve lived here. For the amount of rent paid, this level of neglect is unacceptable. I cannot wait for my lease to be up.

  Horrible front office staff in our apartment has roaches so don’t let these people lie to you and I’m posting this on May 1, 2026 these apartments and these people commenting online talking about their great there’s nothing the good besides the square footage in they charge a dollar for every inch of it, which is crazy. When you have to deal with roaches also broke stuff inside the apartments smh you can find better trust. Appliances are at an out of date. Old sinks, old toilets, old bathtubs, old stove, and refrigerator.

  I spoke with Lori and she invited me to come look at an apartment. Lori was absolutely amazing, very kind. She doesn’t treat you as a customer, but as a friend, and speaks to you clearly. Many apartments I’ve seen let you look around for yourself with no one guiding you, but I prefer to have someone show me everything and talk to me about their spaces. I had so many questions and she answered them all and put my mind at ease as a new renter. I definitely recommend at least coming to view the apartments. The apartments are clean and very beautiful. Even the ones that aren’t renovated are nice. The ones that are fully renovated are beautiful. Everything’s very spacious. The common areas are beautiful and cozy. The staff are so welcoming and friendly.

  Hey the apartments are ok they were better 2016. Great management, better maintenance, friendly front office staff and the gate was working in place. This woman at the bottom has a very nasty attitude when you enter the office as well as over the phone. We definitely have had better front office personnel then her to make matters worst she over talks you instead listening to what we were saying.
