  We love living here! My husband, son and I have been here for almost 2 years. My husband works from home and I stay home with our 3 year old, so needless to say we are home A LOT. That being said, our townhouse offers everything we need. It is spacious, quiet (I’ve never heard any neighbors through the walls), and the home itself has little bits of character that aren’t as common with newer builds. The neighborhood is very clean and well maintained. Landscaping is done on a weekly basis, the pool, clubhouse, gym and playground are always in great shape. The maintenance team is amazing! We’ve only needed to call maintenance once and they fixed our problem the same day, and even brought the part needed (dishwasher issue) with them, so they were in and out and our problem was solved! They knew what we needed before even stepping into the house. They do a great job handling any issues in a timely and efficient manner. The leasing office staff is amazing, always kind and welcoming, and they made our move in process a breeze. They often host events to bring the community together or show their appreciation and it’s always nice to see those emails come in. We’ll be sad when we inevitably move in the future, but it’s been a great 2 years here at Everton Estates!

  I’ve been a resident at Everton Estates for a couple of years now, and I can’t say enough great things about Sunzerae! She is always so helpful, friendly, and goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel heard and taken care of. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, she has been incredibly responsive and willing to help. Her dedication and positive attitude truly make a difference in the community. I’m so grateful to have someone like Sunzerae who genuinely cares about the residents and goes the extra mile! Highly recommend Everton Estates!

  The front office team is incredible(Jody, Marie and Sarah) and the maintenance team(Meyer and Braden)make you feel right at home - they have been on top of everything since I moved in a year ago! The buildings are nice too!

  We had such a great experience renting this property! The people were genuinely kind, welcoming, and easy to work with from beginning to end. They were quick to answer any questions and made us feel like they truly cared about making sure we had a great stay. It’s refreshing to rent from people who are so friendly, honest, and accommodating. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and well cared for, making it easy to feel right at home. You can tell the owners take pride in both the property and the experience they provide for their guests. We truly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them again. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great rental and an even better experience with wonderful people! The tall maintenance tech was very kind and sweet as well!!!
