  This property was a dream before I lived here. After being here for about six months, I thought it was time to make another review as my happiness has only improved. Meyer and Braden are the two most professional and equipped maintenance people I have ever encountered in my many years of renting. They treat your home as if it is theirs. The grounds are always clean, the dog park is always ready to use with poop bags available, and everything is always in good working condition. I absolutely adore Sarah and the rest of the office staff. They go the extra mile and make sure that you feel comfortable safe and valued in your own neighborhood. I have no plans on leaving anytime soon and cannot wait to see what the future holds living at Everton Estates.

  The maintenance team and office staff make this the most ideal place to live. Not only is the property gorgeous, but they pay attention to details!

  Visited family here it’s a beautiful community. I had to inquire about the other units. The property manager was the BEST super knowledgeable and informative really sold the place and it didn’t need help. This is definitely a place I can see myself staying for a long time.

  We had such a great experience renting this property! The people were genuinely kind, welcoming, and easy to work with from beginning to end. They were quick to answer any questions and made us feel like they truly cared about making sure we had a great stay. It’s refreshing to rent from people who are so friendly, honest, and accommodating. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and well cared for, making it easy to feel right at home. You can tell the owners take pride in both the property and the experience they provide for their guests. We truly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them again. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great rental and an even better experience with wonderful people! The tall maintenance tech was very kind and sweet as well!!!
