  So far so good! We love everything about the complex! Any concerns we’ve had have been answered with ease and everything just has been a peaceful experience!

  The best of this apartments is the location, you have to many stores and Cartersville Downtown is just a 40 minute walk, I wouldn't say the area is to walkable compared to Europe but still good. The apartments are very simple, everything works okay, the amenities are great, the gym is the best!!! the area is quiet. The moving experience was very good, the apartment was very clean and I really appreciate that. Things I do not like: 1. Finding parking in the building 4 is a nightmare specially if you arrive home after 6pm, you will have to park very far and that is horrible if you have to carry your groceries bags. 2. The kitchen has no island, so there is no enough space, you will have to buy an island, or dinner table.

  Deontae was excellent, answered any questions, tour went smooth and was shown and talked about all the amenities they had to offer.

  I'm so happy to have chosen Arcadia, Cherrelle is great, her knowledge and presentation was awesome. My apartment was very clean and ready for move in. Everything in the apartment is still like new. Thank You Cherrelle. Peter T.

  I will start by saying that I’m am entering into the 4th Month with Arcadia Cartersville being my Home. And I have probably been in to the Office more times that I should have.. But Every Single time that I go, Cherrelle is always very pleasant. I am greeted with a huge Smile from Her and a readiness to address any concerns that I have. And to add, she has an assistant now, “Deontae” (check spelling).. He is just as kind as Cherrelle is. My first encounter with Him was absolutely Amazing.. He was so kind and very attentive to my questions and concerns, the whole time smiling and giving off a very humbling Spirit. That really means a lot to me. And to add, I know that there are Hundreds of Tenants at Arcadia Cartersville, but they both know my Unit Number without me even saying or looking me up! I hope that it’s not because of Me “bugging” them.. LOL .. Honestly, I don’t think that’s the case at All.. I just think that they are Two wonderful, kind, and compassionate people that have been put in a Position where their true Gifts and Talents Shows! #CustomerService❤️
