  The complex has gone through many name changes and property managers. Jamie Barnes showed us a newly renovated apartment with hard floors, granite countertops, and new appliances. But not even a poorly done paint job could cover the issues we encountered. Before we moved in, there was already trouble. The apartment's rent fluctuates from day to day. So, the neighbor downstairs could be paying $500 less than you for the same space. They claim this is to be in line with the current market prices. The lease initially charged us for a service pet, so I called the office to see if that could be corrected. After calling the four different numbers throughout the day without a response, I headed to the physical office. No one was home. There was no note or email of any notice. The next day, I was informed that someone from maintenance was supposed to give us our keys after I signed the lease. Yet, I was never told that...Also, I wasn't going to sign a lease that needed corrections. Once we moved into the apartment, we had to file four different maintenance requests. The maintenance folks were very kind and did pest control frequently, but I see why they have on-site maintenance, as the apartments needed constant fixing. Once we moved into the apartment, we had to file four different maintenance requests within the first week. They were fairly quick with requests, except when they had to contact companies directly. Then, some things won't be fixed until after you move out. If you're looking for an apartment with a property manager with a hands-off approach, you've found the perfect place. It's been months since we've moved out. They don't answer phone calls, won't return security deposits, are unapologetic in their actions, and untrustworthy in their words. If you're looking for a newly renovated apartment complex that wasn't set up for failure with a fixed price, it's best to keep looking somewhere.

  Renew Carrollton new management is great!! We have so many upgrades on the property. I’m transferring to a bigger unit and super excited about the remodeled apartment. MiKaylee the new office manager is excellent. She takes care of your concerns in a timely manner and she is upfront and honest. She is also caring and very helpful. She responds promptly and accurately. Thanks for all you do!!

  I looked at moving to these apartments before when Ms Betty owned them. It was a great community. I've since found out she no longer owns them. Now an investment company has them and are running them into the ground. I know several tenants that are getting evicted because they have called out the managemant on silly and petty rules. Who cares if you pull in or back in your space as long as you're in your own spot ? They also raised the rent on tenants without knowledge and then evicted them stating they weren't paying rent. This place will be ruined soon !!
