  Front gate to access apartment buildings has been broken for MONTHS, with little to no attempt to fix as I have seen. Other residents constantly fly through the gate, nearly resulting in head on collisions. It is only a matter of time before there is an accident. Sad that it is a beautiful apartment complex with lack of care for this. There has been MUCH more than enough time to fix this issue (months) and nothing has been done. I suppose we will have to wait until there is a serious matter and then MAYBE it will be fixed...I'm not sure what else it will take.

  I’ve lived in quite a few apartments and this is hands down the best community driven apartments I’ve lived in. Friendly, welcoming management. The few issues I’ve had were handled promptly and with a smile. I strongly recommend this community!!!!

  We have been here for 3 1/2 years and we have really enjoyed our time. The only thing we have an slight issue is the gates, they get then fixed in about a month they are not working or just 1 or 2 are working. We know the office is trying but for some reason they just don't stay fixed. But that honestly the only thing.

  I didn’t end up signing a lease here, but wanted to leave a review for my tour experience! The staff was so friendly when I came to tour with my pup and I loved how clean the ground, amenities, and vacant unit were. Pricing was very transparent and all of my questions were answered. The staff truly went above and beyond! I absolutely would’ve chosen to live here if the timing aligned a bit better with my current lease. I would highly recommend keeping this complex on your list for apartment hunting.

  Once upon a time I pridefully stated that I lived there. However in the 4 years I was there, the management changed 4 times. It went from good to worse. The management there is young and very immature. The only way they communicate is electronically. Even today, it’s hit or miss, The current manager is so busy making short videos that make no sense in encouraging new residents to move there. It’s about silly dances and the manager flipping her hair. They don’t renegotiate leases fairly to keep long term residents, equipment repair or replacement takes forever if ever replaced. It’s impossible to get timely resolution of a problems. I am happy to say I no longer live there. But I am sad to see the immature videos on FaceTime. There are a lot of new apartments in Canton, GA new tenants do yourselves a favor check out the new places first.
