I recently toured the community and had such a great experience! The leasing team was friendly, welcoming, and actually took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel pressured. The property was beautiful, the atmosphere was welcoming, and I loved seeing how much effort they put into resident events and creating a sense of community.
I read some of the reviews beforehand, so I was a little hesitant, but I’m so glad I came in and experienced it for myself. I ended up choosing to make this community my home, and I can honestly say I’m happy with my decision so far. The team has been welcoming and helpful throughout the process, and I’m excited to be here.
I would recommend anyone considering this community to schedule a tour, meet the team, and see for themselves!

Once upon a time I pridefully stated that I lived there. However in the 4 years I was there, the management changed 4 times. It went from good to worse. The management there is young and very immature. The only way they communicate is electronically. Even today, it’s hit or miss, The current manager is so busy making short videos that make no sense in encouraging new residents to move there. It’s about silly dances and the manager flipping her hair. They don’t renegotiate leases fairly to keep long term residents, equipment repair or replacement takes forever if ever replaced. It’s impossible to get timely resolution of a problems. I am happy to say I no longer live there. But I am sad to see the immature videos on FaceTime. There are a lot of new apartments in Canton, GA new tenants do yourselves a favor check out the new places first.
I’m a resident at The Crest and just wanted to give a HUGE thank you to Whitney, Shai, Taylor, and Mackenzie for throwing such a wonderful, kid- and parent-friendly Camp Crest party to end the summer! 🎉☀️
Whitney truly treats every kid like they’re her own, and you can feel how much she genuinely cares about the families and community here. The entire team went above and beyond to make sure everyone had an amazing time and, most importantly, felt welcomed and connected.
It’s moments like this that remind us how lucky we are to live in a community where the staff genuinely care and make an effort to bring everyone together. Thank you all for making the end of summer so special and for making The Crest feel like more than just a place to live!

The crest at laurel canyon by far has the greatest management and maintenance i have ever experienced. I’ve lived in several apartments and they truly are the best. I put in a work order regarding my doorknobs and maintenance came by first thing in the morning. I cannot recommend this place enough.

I've been living at The Crest at Laurel Canyon since May, and I've honestly loved it here! The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and they always make an effort to bring the community together with fun resident events. They've done a great job making this feel like home.
The pool has definitely been our favorite amenity this summer, and we've also enjoyed spending time in the clubhouse. Everything is well kept, and it's been a great place to relax and meet neighbors.
I know some people mention maintenance taking a while, but from what I've seen, they're very responsive. If there's ever a delay, it's usually because they're handling emergency repairs first, which makes sense. Every work order I've submitted has been addressed, and the team has always been helpful.
Overall, it's a great community with friendly people, great amenities, and a staff that genuinely cares about the residents. If you're looking for a new place to call home, I'd definitely recommend checking out The Crest at Laurel Canyon!
