⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I absolutely have to take a moment to recognize Sherrie Mace, the property manager at Brighton Park in Byron, GA. When I say she is THAT girl when it comes to property management, I mean it!
Sherrie is professional, responsive, knowledgeable, organized, approachable, attentive, and genuinely committed to the residents and the community she manages. She has a way of handling situations with both professionalism and compassion, which is not something you find everywhere. She listens, communicates clearly, follows through, and makes you feel like your concerns actually matter.
What stands out most to me is her leadership and accountability. She doesn’t just occupy the manager’s office, she MANAGES. She is visible, accessible, solution-oriented, and willing to step in when something needs attention. She handles challenges with grace, remains courteous even under pressure, and works hard to make sure residents are informed and taken care of.
She has excellent customer service skills, strong communication, great attention to detail, and the ability to balance the needs of residents while still maintaining the standards and responsibilities of the property. That takes patience, emotional intelligence, good judgment, and real leadership.
Sherrie also brings something that cannot be taught in a training manual: she genuinely cares. You can tell when someone is simply doing a job versus when someone takes pride in the community they are responsible for. She takes pride in Brighton Park, and it shows.
Property managers often hear from people when something is wrong, so I wanted to make sure I was just as intentional about speaking up when someone is doing things RIGHT. Sherrie Mace deserves her flowers. Brighton Park is fortunate to have a manager who is dependable, personable, professional, hardworking, respectful, and committed to getting things done.
If anyone from upper management or corporate reads these reviews, please know that Sherrie Mace is an asset to Brighton Park and to your company. Good management makes a tremendous difference in a resident’s experience, and she absolutely makes that difference.
10/10 for Sherrie. Give that woman her flowers — and her bonus! 🌸👏🏽
