  Hello everyone I advise you to not move in to this apartment #1 they never come to fix anything my washing machine needed fixing and no one came. #2 there is a Karen that thinks she owns the place and is trying to telling me how to walk in my apartment like she pays my bills when the time come and being rude. #3 the flooring is very thin. #4 Garbage always infront of my door. #5 fights always infront of my door. #6 mold everywhere in my apartment. #7 the office send out a email that they was sending people to power wash and no one came . #9 my shower has rust since I moved in my shower and sink was leaking no one came to fix it #10 there is no pest control coming to spray nothing and your paying for it. #11 there is always garbage juice on the floor ewwww. but you can move in still if you want.

  I would highly steer away from this apartment complex. The A/C is a huge issue around the whole complex. It’s very inefficient and leaks water in your rooms. They always have an excuse to why it’s doing it but never fix it properly. My light bill has skyrocketed due to having to run the a/c at full tilt just to barely get a good nights rest at 75 degrees. I’ve had maintenance come and “fix” my a/c at least 5 times now and still doesn’t properly work. The pool water is always very warm to the point it’s not even enjoyable to go there. The interior is pretty decent outside of the a/c problem. I definitely will not be renewing my lease after this term. Also if they tell you the mold problem is caused by the tenant, it’s a lie. The a/c unit leaks water down the drywall and causes mold to grow.

  we lived 2 years and 2 different unit they have mold all over there are mold is rest rooms and bed rooms by the wall where the ac is and dog shit all over the property and the problem i had they don’t care our a/c was not working 3 month and when we leave the apt after paying everything 3 months later they sent some other charges please look around before calling this place home 0 star ⭐️

  When we toured the staff was very kind and helpful. There we some mishaps with our move-in, but we want to give a special shout out to Kadija! She was amazingly helpful and super friendly during the move-in process! Thank you!

  I would give it 5 stars because the application process and Mia who I talked to through text were amazing but when I got to the leasing office I was not greeted in a friendly manor nor helpful in any kind of way and didn't even offer to take me on the tour that I had scheduled. 5 stars for Mia though
