  Mixed feelings about living here, going on almost 8 months now. Overall it’s a nice location and community, but the most disruptive and reoccurring issue is the amount of noise you will hear from the neighbor living above you. Something I would have appreciated learning about while researching where to live. The floors here are ridiculously thin and you will hear every footstep. More so if you happen to have someone above you that lacks the awareness or capability to walk lightly. It’s not just my specific unit as I can also hear tenants walking above the gym at the same audible levels. Have also overheard neighbors at the pool discussing the same grievances. Just low quality cheap construction, unfortunately. Also in the past month the fire alarms in the building have gone off numerous times for no reason. The sound is absurdly loud to the point of wondering if it’s causing hearing damage and also panic in some other residents. God forbid there was an actual fire, since we hear it so often and automatically assume it’s another false alarm. The move in experience was terrible overall with elevators not working and multiple issues with the unit that should have been addressed before anyone occupied it. On a positive note the two relatively small gyms are decent enough and the pool is spacious with good sunlight. Access to nearby parks and restaurants. The unit is spacious and has a nice layout, but the aforementioned issues unfortunately cannot be ignored.

  I love living here but the lack of communication when it comes to our elevators being down or parking gates not working is an issue to me. It is an inconvenience and the lack transparency when items are not working is a problem for me. They will send an announcement when the pool is closed but when it comes to convenience our the residents, you don’t hear nothing and I called them to tell.

  Just moved in and very happy to call Brookleigh Flats home. Jimmy and CJ went above and beyond - very responsive and welcoming. I really appreciate all of their help!

  Love this place! Catherine and her team were very accommodating and made my over seas move soo smooth. The neighborhood feels so safe happy to call this place home. Thank you guys!
