This is the worst company I have ever rented from they won't fix any thing and if they do they charge u $100! They are hard to get in contact with...and don't help with any thing dealing with their properties

I bought a small new house from them and I’ve been impressed by the response to warranty issues that I’ve brought to them. It’s been a good experience.

Terrible company that flips houses? The build quality of my house is awful. I had holes in my osb flooring and leveled with cardboard. All this was hidden underneath laminated flooring. Around the rear door to my house, complete rot in the floor and framing of the house. You couldn’t see it because it was hidden by installation from the bottom. Here’s some pictures of the cardboard underneath mine laminated floor to level it. My tax assessment can show you how bad my flip was because they dropped my property taxes.
