  The Nest!!!! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cabin nested in the mountains. It was beautiful furnnished. When we arrived, we were impressed by how cozy, comfortable, and welcoming the cabin was. A perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the peaceful beauty of the mountains.The views were breathtaking, we loved being surrounded by nature while still having all the comforts of home.What a great getaway.This cabin is a fantastic choice. We would definitely stay here again. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a wonderful

  A Wonderful Mountain Getaway We had a wonderful stay! The cabin was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. The beds were fantastic , making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. One of the highlights of our stay was seeing the wildlife right around the cabin. We were lucky enough to see a black bear, a doe, and two fawns! It made the experience feel truly special and connected to nature. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful mountain setting made this the perfect place to get away and unwind. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend “The Nest”

  We recently stayed at Famtastico and had a wonderful time! The cabin was so well equipped- better than any we have used in the past! So clean it seemed like we were the first to use it. Comfortable bed, amazing shower, beautiful forest view with daily deer visits. Easy access roads. Had an issue with the hot tub heater and Dana had Aiden out the same day. Talk about a pit bull! He was a very polite and diligent young man. Never let up until he solved the problem. Dana was an absolute joy to deal with. All office communications were on point with email and text updates. I would offer the suggestion that, since it's a dog friendly property, a gate would be a welcome addition to keep pets from accessing the porch exits. Would DEFINITELY use PMI again and stay at Famtastico. Very family friendly accommodations. Might have to consider bringing our kids and their families next time.

  We have spent alot of time in Blairsville over the last 15 years and this was the nicest rental we have ever booked. PMI was easy to work with and always responsive. And the hosts were fabulous. The view from the deck is just amazing. We counted 22 deer in the field below one evening. The house itself was amazing. Everything we could ask for and more in a rental. We will be back for sure!   From the moment we stepped inside Cozy Bear, the property felt like a breath of fresh air. The cabin opened up into a spacious, welcoming retreat that gave all of us — dogs included — room to relax and roam. We chose this cabin with our pups in mind, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. They spent their days racing across the open grounds, exploring every nook and cranny, tails wagging nonstop as if they’d discovered their own private adventure park. One of my favorite moments was standing by the pond, scattering food across the water and watching the fish ripple to the surface. It was peaceful in a way that stays with you. Cooking was effortless thanks to the fully stocked kitchen — every pan, tool, and gadget you could think of was right at our fingertips, even an air fryer. Grilling outside felt like part of the experience, not a chore. And when we wanted a break, the game room delivered. Air hockey battles and rounds of Ms. Pac-Man kept us laughing late into the night. The bed deserves its own mention — unbelievably comfortable, the kind you sink into and forget the world. I melted into it like butter. Overall, a true 10/10 stay. We’d return in a heartbeat. Thank you for opening your cabin to guests; we genuinely loved our time there.
