  I wish I had known this upon move it so I feel it's important I share. If you move into the 1900 building you will have German cockroaches. I've had pest control come and kept my apartment very clean. There is a huge infestation somewhere in the building and since all the units are connected every unit will have them. They have followed me to my new apartment now and are in my car as well. It doesn't matter now clean you are. The day upon move in we had to place numerous maintenance requests due to things being damaged. Dishwasher broken, door handles broken, wood flooring extremely torn up, drawing carved into the wall, etc. I will say maintenance resolved this in a timely manner but all of these should have been fixed before we even moved in. We also had a serve ant infestation upon move in. Due to the roaches, significantly increased rent, and loud neighbors regularly fighting we decided to move elsewhere. Hopefully things will be different for whoever is reading this but this was just my experience.

  Stopped by to take a tour of their 2/2 apartments and absolutely loved it! The leasing agent Key was AMAZING! She had great energy throughout the entire tour and overall she has a great personality! The apartment was beautiful and I was really surprised by how spacious the rooms were. The property was clean and offered plenty of parking. This is definitely a place I can see myself calling home. Thanks again Key for the amazing tour!!!

  It has been a wonderful experience living here. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Key and the maintenance team are always pleasant and willing to assist. The pool is cleaned daily and open for use during these hot summer days. I will definitely recommend this complex to others.

  I had an excellent experience applying for an apartment at The Meadows. The leasing representative, Ms. Key, who helped us was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind throughout the entire application process. She took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible to help with the approval process. The level of customer service we received made the experience stress-free and welcoming. Based on our experience so far, I'm even more excited about becoming part of this community. I can't wait for move-in day and to call The Meadows home!
