  We went to do a land/home package in early 2026 and Hampton Lee and his manager helped us in every way possible. We was approved but had to back out for personal reasons. They returned all escrow money that was due to us. We are planning to come back when we get better aligned to buy a new home.

  Worked with Lee, Hampton . Very helpful Very knowledgeable of the units on the lot and what options were available . He was very professional and responsive to calls and text through the process . Had great knowledge of the finance process and helped offer other options if we need them . 100% would recommend. 5 Star service

  Been to a couple different places talking to salesman about what I want and what I would need in my new home. Let me go ahead and say that Hampton Lee here was the best & nicest person I have dealt with! ( & there has been alot of people I talked to) He went above and beyond what he needed to help with what I was looking for. I highly recommend going to speak to him if you are in the market of a new house! Thanks Hampton!
