  Don’t do it people My father invested his whole 401(k) into this home for me after my house was burnt down in Florida i’m not lying. I have nothing to hide. If you don’t believe me follow on my Facebook Mattloribayer and I have have nothing to hide so please look it up like I said My son later died here in Georgia of depression of losing his dog (in the fire) and all that we went through in Florida After the fire, nothing to do with the HOME, but I am just mentioning what we went through as a family He sadly lost his life due to depression here in Georgia And all the depression that followed after our fire, and everything we lost, he was never the same. So my dad said nicely…. Moved us here because he seen how much money we were spending on hotels in Florida $200-$300 a night yes that’s how much we were paying a NIGHT! I did have a few complaints in the beginning after moving here so they came out and nicely fixed them, But come to find out they will only fix things for one year and we didn’t even Live in the home for one year we lived in the home for five 1/2 months because it took time for the septic and the electric, water, etc. they count one year from the time you actually sign your paperwork which is a joke. Let me tell you because you’re going to find a million things are wrong with your home!!!! Which we did let me tell you and they came out…they did And they fixed what we listed for a few months while we just started to live here yes but then let me tell you It is a joke it takes a few months a year did you find real major problems wrong with your house after it is built, but don’t expect these people to fix it because they’re not going to. They’re going to laugh at you and tell you sorry you only had a one year warranty. Well, like I said previously, they started at the date you signed your paperwork to move in, which is a joke I mean, come on seriously I have 1 million things wrong with this house that I can list. They did come out and fix a few things for the first six months we stayed here yes My dad just has spent $400,000 of his money to help me move in this home on the land house The septic, etc. and you’re going to tell me it’s a courtesy after living here for 5 1/half months in home lol. I really wish I was not so desperate to move in a home. I would’ve done my research and it’s funny…. They had higher star reviews when we bought the place and now they’re at a 3.6. Let me tell you if you people have any heart like your awards said in your office when we purchased this home, you would’ve said no problem MATT and Lori. Let me help you out. Let me fix the leak that you’re having in your master bedroom that went from Leak watermark to now 4 leak water marks Two years we have owned this home since the date we’ve signed it not even living here like I said I contacted them about a month ago and within a month I’ve grown three more marks on my roof in the master Are you guys kidding me like I said my dad put every penny of his money in my money into this home and I’m paying him money every Because that is what he has to live on because he spent his whole life savings to help us you guys are so messed up I cannot even explain I called you and you guys told me sorry my one year warranty is up. I have to maybe contact Clayton well guess what I did. I have not heard back and we’ve gone from one staying to four in less than a month. I’m hopping to hear from somebody soon. If not, I guess We’ll have to contact a lawyer because I am so disgusted with how you guys have treated us and how you probably have treated so many other people! Hoping to hear from someone soon if I don’t good luck to your business and please think twice before purchasing from them! Like I said there are more complaints this is just the serious one that they don’t seem to care about! What kind of business is this…and why did they ever revive awards maybe they used to care and they got money hungry obviously!

  I wish I could do zero stars. We went to this place and picked out 2 homes. We did not get approved for one of them so we did the cheaper one. Well the owner called to tell me she sold the home we had already been approved for. Do not go here unless you can pay cash. They don't care about anything else.

  I purchased a 175,000 home from Vivian's. They never thanked me for my business. When I asked did Blinds come with the home, I was told yes they do, I was lied to only the front had Blinds I had to purchase for the remainder of the home. I asked about the missing blinds and She told me that's what you get and never heard back about that lie. The description of the home was taped to the refrigerator inside the home and stating 2 outside faucets, they only installed 1. When I questioned about the 2nd she told me that was an old description information paper, it wasn't marked thru it plainly stated 2. At closing she told me 2 as well. All I get from then is lies. The guy finishes didn't do his job. All the staple holes was left untouched. Her response was Clayton homes will fix that. That wasn't their responsibility. If you want to be lied to, disrespected, from the most ungrateful people then go to Vivian's Homes . If I knew at all this is what I received I would never have spent my time or money with these people. Unfriendly, ungrateful business. Stay away!
