  Pros: Decent monthly price, no hassle move in, for the most part it’s spacious, maintenance addresses issues in a timely manner, rental staff seem decent/nice. Right next to I-20, epicenter, and six flags. An exit away from Thornton rd. Cons: when I first moved in trash was piling up badly but it has gotten much better, kitchen is on the small size and not much cabinet space that I’m used to, I feel like they could have made the dining space smaller to have a bigger kitchen but eh nothing can be done about that. Next, idk if it’s just my unit but it’s smells old/moldy especially when the AC comes on it stinks when it first comes on. Next the stairs and the floors upstairs are obnoxiously loud like terribly loud when you walk on them I absolutely hate it and unfortunately I chose this unit online before seeing it because it was not available to see yet. They are so loud it wakes us up and I wonder if our neighbors can hear how loud it is😩😩. Walls of course are thin so of course if you have kids you can hear the neighbors kids and they can hear yours so you gotta be quiet on the creek to avoid complaints which is expected tho. A lot of men used to hang outside across the way so if you have kids be mindful about letting them out alone. An active neighborhood as in people coming and going whether walking or driving thru or hanging out. Nothing to ghetto going on for the most part but I guess depends on who you live by. Other then that this is an ok place to get in quick and move on to something better.

  T-Baby helped us so much with touring and finding the right unit for us. We are happy we choose to come here and make this our new home. Thank you T-Baby for the wonderful hospitality and service you provided to me and my family .

  Upon arrival, looks outside seemed promising, but we went for a tour & it was AWFUL. The lady who sits in the front of the windows to the pool area gave the tour. Her attitude was snappy & she kept rolling her eyes at my toddler. She's obviously not a kids person, but definitely uncalled for while im actively watching my son & not allowing him to run wild. To top it off, the townhouse used as a model for us to tour had black mold on the ceiling of the closet in master bedroom. I can only imagine if they don't care about what they show to potential clients, I can't imagine what the actual unit would look like. Nor would I want that rude office lady staring me down when I try to enjoy the pool. DO NOT RECOMMEND
