  Beware‼️ They are Scammers‼️ They collect as many application fees as they possibly can and never follow back up. What they do is never follow back up and go ghost when you follow up with a documented email requesting to cancel application because you don’t want to move forward anymore. Then in this case there is a delay because you cannot get in contact with them they don’t respond until after the time has passed. That way they can keep application fee when in actuality application was never processed like they said because you never received any correspondence of an approval or denial. Which is very deceptive and misleading. There is a window time of refund for application given the application has not been processed, READ AGREEMENT. They will say that it is non refundable however there is an allotted window time that this can be disputed. Honestly, after further investigation I truly believe that this complex will be demolished in the near future.

  I moved to this community about 3 weeks ago after having a horrific discrimination experience with another property and I can say Lake Crossings has made me feel welcomed and at home. Cynthia and her team was very attentive to my move in, the property is quiet and in a great location. I can see myself getting comfortable in the area.

  My experience with Chantrese and the rest of the office staff has been amazing. The move in process was simple and clear. The office staff go above and beyond with kind and caring assistance in whatever you need done. I’ve been moved in about a month and i can genuinely say i love it here and don’t dread leasing office visits. 10/10 highly recommend.

  Where do I start, staff is constantly changing, each staff seem to always get worse not better. Trash is everywhere, there are car break ins. My car was vandalized, when I told the people at the office they weren’t surprised in the least. Gates are never closed. People tailgate here more than any gated community I’ve seen. Maintenance do nothing. It takes them forever just to get to a work order I placed for my apartment. I’m in the military and I placed an order for my closet shelf a WEEK before I left for training. A month passed and came back, my shelf was still broken and their excuse was “We didn’t know you had place an order” funny thing is the girl that told me that is the same one that placed it. I’m getting the hell away from this place this year
