  I never leave reviews. But I called 4 times and left messages - they refused to return my calls while my daughter lives there currently. Charged us the application fee 4 times when only 2 people live there (and 2 guarantors that don’t live there) on the lease. Excessive amount of paperwork - 3 months of bank statements required. And told us they would waive/refund us the extra 2 application fees then refused to after we signed the contract. We have 5 children and deal with plenty of different apartment complexes. This is by far the worst.

  I want to say I’ve lived in multiple states and different apartments but this one was the absolute best. Being military I was looking somewhere quiet and reasonable distance to base. It was probably 20 minutes each way. I looked at a lot of different properties but I was sold on this place. The townhouses are nice and convenient. I didn’t have to worry about upstairs or downstairs neighbors. I couldn’t hear my neighbors through any of the walls. The parking is also a major plus, typically each apartment has two parking spots right outside the door which made it easy to move in/out. The neighborhood itself is really quiet as well. The gate was always working the entire time. They also included washer/dryer and WiFi. The front office staff was really informative and on top of issues. If they didn’t have an answer they would get back to you quickly. They were also so kind and understanding especially with me being military when it came time to leave. The lease process and documentation was fast, everything was done through an app and made it so convenient because you knew exactly what documents you needed to provide. Also the app would break down what your total monthly bills would. You could make payments and also see what your upcoming charges would be. Everything was included in rent besides electric. The maintenance is hands down the best maintenance I have seen at any complex. The way they do and handle business is top tier. I had an AC Issue and put in the work order, within the hour they were at my apartment to fix it. They found a leak and instead of having me deal with the issue, every 3 days they would come and put more coolant in the system to ensure my apartment was staying cool for my English bulldog. Anytime they would see me driving or out in the neighborhood they would ask to make sure my apartment was good. Especially considering the Georgia heat I knew if I had a problem the next day they would have either fixed the problem or had solutions to hold me over until the part came in for replacement. I definitely can’t think them enough. I enjoyed my time living there and was actually sad to have to move away. If I am ever back in the area this is definitely the place I would live.

  I recently moved out from here and have been trying to contact them about paying my final statement balance for weeks with zero correspondence. They will not answer the phone, return any voicemails, or reply to any email. They are unreachable and it is unacceptable and unprofessional. It shouldn’t be this difficult to make a simple payment, especially when the website doesn’t allow you to pay it online for whatever reason. I’d suggest renting elsewhere.

  In search of a place we would consider calling home, my two friends and I explored various locations and eventually came across WestPark Townhomes. The first thing that really amazed us about this place was its great customer service, as well as its ability to meet all our requirements. Working together with Alexis, we received nothing but a fabulous experience in finding our new home. Throughout the whole process of searching, Alexis proved to be not only very professional and knowledgeable, but also extremely responsive to all our questions. At any moment, Alexis made sure to give us thorough explanations of everything that was happening during the search process without making us feel pressured or rushed, and even went beyond what was expected of her. Therefore, when it comes to moving into WestPark Townhomes, there is no better person than Alexis to work with.

  The anthills are taking over! Why in the world are they not being treated? I remember when I first moved in the lawn was taken much better care of. I don't know who keeps coming out every Monday, but they are doing an awful job. Everything is going down around here and we pay entirely too much in rent!! Not to mention, I have complained about neighbors smoking weed and playing loud music amongst other things, and the office has not returned any of my messages. I have tried contacting them through the app, left plenty of phone messages, and have sent several emails. Things have really went down around here!
