  I recently moved out from here and have been trying to contact them about paying my final statement balance for weeks with zero correspondence. They will not answer the phone, return any voicemails, or reply to any email. They are unreachable and it is unacceptable and unprofessional. It shouldn’t be this difficult to make a simple payment, especially when the website doesn’t allow you to pay it online for whatever reason. I’d suggest renting elsewhere.

  In search of a place we would consider calling home, my two friends and I explored various locations and eventually came across WestPark Townhomes. The first thing that really amazed us about this place was its great customer service, as well as its ability to meet all our requirements. Working together with Alexis, we received nothing but a fabulous experience in finding our new home. Throughout the whole process of searching, Alexis proved to be not only very professional and knowledgeable, but also extremely responsive to all our questions. At any moment, Alexis made sure to give us thorough explanations of everything that was happening during the search process without making us feel pressured or rushed, and even went beyond what was expected of her. Therefore, when it comes to moving into WestPark Townhomes, there is no better person than Alexis to work with.

  The anthills are taking over! Why in the world are they not being treated? I remember when I first moved in the lawn was taken much better care of. I don't know who keeps coming out every Monday, but they are doing an awful job. Everything is going down around here and we pay entirely too much in rent!! Not to mention, I have complained about neighbors smoking weed and playing loud music amongst other things, and the office has not returned any of my messages. I have tried contacting them through the app, left plenty of phone messages, and have sent several emails. Things have really went down around here!

  I had the pleasure of working with Alexis. She made the move in process for my partner and I very smooth and quick. We love the property and amenities. Also the maintenance is very prompt when needing service. Not to mention while moving in they had a raffle going on and we won a brand new expresso/coffee maker 😍 needless to say if your looking for a home look no further you won’t be disappointed

  My experience with Alexis at West Park Townhomes was truly exceptional from start to finish. As college students, my roommate and I originally planned on putting our belongings in storage for the summer, but after seeing the move-in specials, we decided to schedule a tour and explore our options. Alexis was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and professional throughout the entire process. She patiently showed us all three floor plans we were interested in, answered every question thoroughly, and made us feel completely comfortable and informed. Even after we left and decided to apply, she made the entire application and move-in process seamless and stress-free. When we arrived for our move-in appointment, she greeted us with warm smiles, carefully went over everything with us, and continued to provide such genuine, people-oriented service. Her kindness, professionalism, positive attitude, and remarkable customer service truly made this experience one to remember.
