Sanctuary apartments is a great place to live! The maintenance team is very attentive, friendly, and fast to respond to reported problems/issues via the Resident app. The neighborhood is also clean, quiet, and the outdoor areas are well-kept. It is close to the mall and highway, but not too close where it is noisy. It is also extremely pet-friendly and there are areas for pet owners to discard pet waste which is convenient!
The only thing I don't like is that there is no on-site fitness or pool area (they just started a partnership with a fitness center though, which is exciting!).

Sanctuary Apartment is a good place to live. I have been here since 2019. The maintenance team are exceptionally. I do not have to worry about waiting for the issue to be resolved. Nick and the other maintenance team are very quick to fix the problem. My wife and I appreciated the accommodations by the office staff when our bathtub was being repaired. There are a few things that could make the place better for the residents, when pulling out of Sanctuary Court, could you please make it easier for the residents to see on-coming traffic by trimming down the bushes or trees or providing a better solution, so the road can be more visible. Adding more events for the residents and their families. Ice Cream Day was awesome, and I hope there is another one in the future. Overall, I have been very satisfied with my stay here, and I know God Almighty and Lord Jesus will continue to allow me to call this place home. Thank you and God Bless ✝️❤️⭐️

I’ve lived here for almost two years, and while things started off well with the previous manager being attentive and responsive, everything has gone downhill since management changed.
One ongoing issue is pet waste. While animals are allowed, residents are supposed to clean up after them but many don’t. Almost every week, I have to report the same people for allowing their dogs to leave waste behind my car, near the stairs, and even directly in front of my steps. Management simply calls them, but there are no real consequences, so the problem continues.
Maintenance has also been very disappointing. Last summer, I went an entire week without A/C while 9 months pregnant. They placed a small window unit in the kitchen, but it barely cooled the apartment. I had to repeatedly contact the office just to get updates, and there was no urgency to fix the issue.
There are also pest concerns. The trees around the property cause a lot of spiders, and I constantly had webs around my door. When I requested help, maintenance only knocked the webs down with a broom instead of addressing the problem properly. I had to call again just to get them to spray.
Another serious issue involved a leaking kitchen sink that caused mold under my cabinets. Maintenance came, sprayed bleach, and then spray-painted over it while my one-month-old baby and I were inside the apartment. I wasn’t informed this would happen. The fumes were extremely strong, forcing me to leave for hours. My baby’s bottles were left out and had to be completely rewashed. No windows were opened for ventilation, which was very concerning.
Lastly, the walls are extremely thin, you can hear nearly everything your neighbors are doing, which makes it hard to have peace and quiet.
Overall, the lack of accountability, poor maintenance practices, and declining management have made this a frustrating place to live.
