  Great apartment complex. The staff are friendly. There is a dog park, gym, laundry center, swimming pool with a large grill, and a volleyball field. I think they should open a children's park and enforce people to clean up their dogs poop. Other than that, it's a quiet peaceful living area.

  I had a very disappointing experience living at this apartment complex. The most devastating issue was that my dog was killed on the property when a large tree limb fell on her. The limb appeared to be rotted, yet management offered excuses rather than taking meaningful responsibility for what happened. While they allowed us to transfer to another apartment, that was the only solution offered. Given the circumstances, I felt a lease termination option should have been considered. As if losing one dog was not traumatic enough, my other dog slipped out of his harness during the chaos and ran away. Management told me to email them a photo so they could post him on the resident portal and help spread the word. I immediately did so, but hours passed and nothing was ever posted. Since then, I have seen the apartment complex post numerous notices for other lost pets, which only makes it more frustrating that they failed to follow through when my family was dealing with an emergency. Thankfully, we were able to find him ourselves, but it was no thanks to the assistance we were promised. What made the situation even more frustrating was being told later by a leasing agent, Megan, that management had offered to let us break our lease. This was simply not true and directly contradicted what we were told at the time. Instead of accountability, I felt there was an attempt to rewrite what happened. To make matters worse, the tree limb involved in the incident remained on the property for months afterward and, as of this review, approximately seven months later, it is still there. The fact that it has not been removed demonstrates a concerning lack of attention to maintenance and safety. Beyond these issues, I found the apartments themselves to be underwhelming for the price. They are decent enough, but there are many nicer and better-maintained properties in the area that cost the same or even less. Considering the quality of the apartments, the handling of a tragic safety incident, the lack of follow-through during an emergency, and the lack of accountability afterward, I cannot recommend this property to prospective residents. After everything that happened during my time here, moving out was a huge relief. I can honestly say I have never been happier to be away from a place.
