  I’ve lived in MacArthur Park for the last two and a half years and it has been an amazing experience! The apartments are new and include a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. The clubhouse is a lovely and homely space. The gym here has been extremely convenient. The pool is a blast to be in. Most importantly, the staff here has been incredibly kind and helpful with maintenance, seasonal events, and everything else.

  I’ve really enjoyed living at this apartment complex and have had a great experience overall. The staff has been helpful, the property is well-maintained, and I’ve felt comfortable and happy here throughout my time here as a resident. The only area I think could use some improvement is the pet waste stations. Since getting a puppy, I’ve noticed that the dog waste bins frequently become full and overflow and aren’t emptied in a timely manner. Also, some residents do not always pick up after their dogs or keep them leashed, which has led to a few unexpected encounters with other dogs while walking my puppy. None of these situations have resulted in anyone getting hurt, but addressing these issues would make the community even better for pet owners. Overall, I would still highly recommend this apartment complex and have been very satisfied living here.

  Only reason its not a five is because some of the residents don’t follow the rules which can be annoying at times but everything else was great. Any issues with the apartment were solved very quickly and the staff was always extremely nice and accommodating.

  I’ve had a pretty positive experience living here overall. The location is convenient, and the staff has always been professional and helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance. Maintenance requests are handled in a reasonable amount of time, and the property is generally kept clean and well maintained. I also appreciate the amenities cleanliness. Like any apartment complex, there are occasional issues due to residents simply not following the rules or respecting others that live here. Overall, it’s been a comfortable place to live and I’d recommend it to others looking for a good community.

  I love it, great grill and outdoor area. Staff is always nice and wanting to help in any way. Foosball table it always a blast!
