  I had a great experience touring this community. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Jada was amazing she was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. I also really liked seeing Aisha, the property manager, out interacting with future residents. It says a lot about the team when management is so involved and approachable. You can tell they genuinely care about the people who live here and the overall community. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would definitely recommend checking this property out!

  I was looking at moving to the area so on my hunt for an apartment I found Gateway Crossing. The tour guide Jada was exceptional and the office staff was very friendly (Aisha).

  I stayed here while my house was being repaired after the hurricane. It was such a great experience during a difficult time. The staff was so accommodating and friendly, especially the maintenance staff. Maintenance was quick to address any issues with my unit and did their work professionally and properly. The office staff was also SO NICE. I would highly recommend this complex for anyone looking!

  Overall, pretty good. 3-bedroom is pretty spacious. Not the worst price, either. Mailboxes are outside, which is not ideal. Package room is tiny and always full (not that they control how full it is ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ). The carriers pretty much never scan the package in. The door is always open to the package room. If the leasing office is closed, you can’t retrieve packages and neither can carriers leave packages, which is also not ideal. I’m not saying the office has to be open all the time by any means, I just hope they will be able to work that out since it seems to be a flaw. Only some of their apartments have washer/dryer and some don’t, but they don’t say anything about whether it does on the website, not favorable. Some areas of the apartment complex are strewn with bits of trash just kind of everywhere. Technically not the company’s fault via wind/whatnot, just seems like it needs some extra care. Update: There’s still trash around. EDIT: Had a chat with the manager and they were very kind in detailing possible improvement plans for the package room. I’ll be excited to see if they can move forward with their improvements.
