  Since I moved in 8/1/2026 upon moving in had to report that my sink was leaking, my freezer door was missing parts and my ice machine was not working. I reported that liter and dog poop outside my deck also reported over a month ago that a shutter had fallen onto a bush by my deck and it's still there. Can't use the grills ,can't use the weight room because of A/C not working. Lights inside the pool are not working is a safety issue if try to use at night. Stairways are very dirty and as of 9/21/2026 there is dog poop in front as walk to your apartment. On a positive note the office staff has been amazing very professional.

  As a native of New Jersey(military ) since being in Augusta, Georgia, and becoming a part of the Estates at perimeter residence, it is definitely a pleasure! So proud of Estates Of Perimeter , the aesthetics is outstanding!! Shout out to my girl, Symphanie, Anastasia and Erin The Queens OF The Office and the rest of the staff. Maintenance is on point! 💯 Sorry I don’t know all of your names. But God does. 😁 Thanks ALL For running the darn thing! Much love! Beautiful property. Enjoying Our stay thus far!

  I enjoy the staff. They are very nice and respectful, I do wish we had more routine carpet cleaning at least once a year and having pest control come atleast twice a year to spray inside the units. Also so upgrades would be nice since the price has increase over the years and no updates have been done inside the units (but I can only speak for mine).

  I absolutely love it here! Erin and symphony make sure to communicate very well and make sure everything is known when something is going on. It’s very peaceful there’s never any issues!

  Had an issue with my apartment and they worked all the issues out with me and got me situated. Love the office staff and couldn’t ask for a better group.
