  I was scheduled a tour for today at 1:30. It was confirmed via email two hours prior to from the property. I got here at 1:25. There’s a sign on the door that says we return at 1:15. It is now 138. I have called. No answer. I have text and only the AI is responding. Very frustrated very unprofessional. And I guess this is a sign that I did not need to move here.

  Great Experience I had a wonderful experience, and my tour agent, Ladonna, was absolutely amazing! She was professional, personable, and incredibly pleasant throughout the entire experience. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service truly made a difference. I highly recommend Ladonna to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and friendly tour agent!

  Excellent Apartment Style living. I’ve been here at Martin’s Lake Apartments for just a couple of weeks now and have nothing but great things to say. Love maintenance, especially Freddy. Thus far they’re responded to issues very very fast and are effective. It’s the one thing that had me nervous about moving from my house to an apartment. I like everything well maintained and taken care of quickly. Thus far not disappointed. The office staff are also amazing. Can’t say enough about LaDonna. Still trying to figure out how she maintains her smile and patience in light of so many moving parts and the pressure of multiple ppl visiting the office at once. I witnessed her working alone on a high pressure Saturday. Was amazed. Also had the pleasure of working with Kai and the Office manager (Claudia?). They all got together and got me successfully moved in on my move in day which at one point looked like it wasn’t going to happen. I make a lot of important choices based on reviews so I tend to circle ⭕️ back as I typically do with important reviews after a while with updates. I’m happy here.

  Could not recommend a place to live more! Symphanie was so kind and helpful through the whole application & move in process. Erin has great communication and truly cares about tenants. Apartments are clean, quiet, and well maintained not to mention how nice the outdoor areas are. Highly recommend for any military personnel stationed in the area!
