Please believe to get everything in writing due this agent will say I DOD NOT SAY THAT. I pay to much for rent and services are not rend and not acceptable. This location is not feasible for a fence due to the flood that come thur my yard and is not demographic where it is a lake coming thur the yard and being charged $150.00 for a wood fence. The leasing says one thing and retract everything she says. Please 🙏 make sure you get things in writing. As soon as this lease is up, I am out of here!
